The honeymoon is over for Barack Obama - at least, according to Fox.
The U.S. president celebrates his first 100 days in office tomorrow - but one network appears to have finally tired of Obamamania.
The right-wing Fox network has denied a presidential request to show his prime-time news conference tomorrow night.
Instead, the network is sticking with its regularly scheduled programming - in this case, an episode of British actor Tim Roth's drama 'Lie to Me'.
It's the first time a broadcast network has refused Mr Obama's request.
This will be the third prime-time news conference in Mr Obama's presidency.
ABC, CBS and NBC are all airing it.

Good for FOX..They will out number the Commie media’s in viewers by millions..I didn’t even know that the idiots were going to have an anniversary party for bozo..maybe because I don’t watch the other commie networks..I’ll be sure to watch FOX..
Well....it appears no matter what channel one tunes in the program will be the same!
LOL. None of the major networks ever gave President Bush the time of day. They would never interrupt prime time for him (especially during May sweeps) so they can all shut the hell up. I'll be watching Lie to Me. It's actually a good show.
EVERYTHING is “racial fodder for the crazies.”
Before I suspended TV service I saw Lie to Me once.
I would not see it again.
But
If I had TV Service I would turn it when it runs against 0’s press conference.
What is funny about this is how upset the libs get. As if they is no channel covering this. Good grief get a life! Not all of us Bow to BO.
Hey Obama.....try and FIRE the CEO of FOX.......
The assimulation is NOT complete.
Say what you want about Fox News, none of this carries over to the Fox broadcast network. This is the network that relishes in its Green Week and airs Seth McFarlane's weekly diatribe against religion and conservatism (that, in fairness, I enjoyed before it jumped the shark several seasons ago):
Before I suspended TV service I saw Lie to Me once.
I would not see it again.
But
If I had TV Service I would turn it when it runs against 0’s press conference.
ha! good one.
I am sure this will be viewed as partisan, but Fox did the same thing to Bush a couple of times. They don’t want to cancel a popular show. Plenty of other places to watch if you must.
Fox’s viewership will spike even higher than it is already. Cool! People are sick and tired of the narcissistic windbag blathering about how wonderful he is.
“we don’t have Camelot, we have Camel Lot”
Every time someone talks about the Kennedy “Camelot” I actually hear “camel lot”. JFK and company were in spirit and morals grungy, grimy, dirty, smelly, filthy. Just like a lot of camels. Nothing shining or glorious there.
The Fox broadcast network is refusing to air it. It will be on Fox News Channel.
That’s even better.
I love irony.

I do, too! LOL!
An very appropriate response by FOX... Barry O is a media hog who loves the sound of his own voice better than he loves the call to prayer in Muslim.
And of course, the rest of the so-called media (i.e. The Barry O cheerleaders at CNN, MSNBC, et al.), love his voice even more than he does.
It’s a sick and twisted symbiotic relationship between Barry and his media followers. And it’s becoming a little too tedious... even for mainstream Americans. Which is why his ratings are tanking more and more after each prime-time appearance.
My son is just a wealth of great taglines.... he said this to me and yesterday he and I were watching the news and heard the Miss USA pageant wanted Ms. California to apologize for her anti-gay marriage comments. He turned to me and said, “They asked the question, maybe they should have supplied a list of preapproved answers”
when i first heard about the conference, i thought it would be the president coming on to talk about swine flu or something important, not jerk off and congratulate himself about the last 100 days in office. i guess i can always count on obama to fail to meet basic expectations.
