The honeymoon is over for Barack Obama - at least, according to Fox.
The U.S. president celebrates his first 100 days in office tomorrow - but one network appears to have finally tired of Obamamania.
The right-wing Fox network has denied a presidential request to show his prime-time news conference tomorrow night.
Instead, the network is sticking with its regularly scheduled programming - in this case, an episode of British actor Tim Roth's drama 'Lie to Me'.
It's the first time a broadcast network has refused Mr Obama's request.
This will be the third prime-time news conference in Mr Obama's presidency.
ABC, CBS and NBC are all airing it.

Hmmm, Fox keeps showing why I like them.
A night of lies on all networks.
Bwaaaaahaaaaahaaaaaa! The biggest cable/satellite network news denies Obama.....how sad....maybe CNN, CBS, ABC, MSNBC, NBC can make up the difference with their illiterate viewers.
They probably just sold an extra $20 million in advertising.
Apparently, the Daily Mail forgets all the times ABC, CBS and NBC didn’t air news conferences by W.
did they give a reason? this will be racial fodder for the crazies.
HA! I hope Lie To Me (who always posts pictures of Pols showing how they lie etc) use Obama in the episode running tomorrow to demonstrate a person who is so full of CRAP! That would just be hillllllllaarrrrriousssss!!!
Are we sure “Lie to Me” isn’t the name of Obama’s speech?
I’d love to believe it’s a philosophical statement, but it’s really just a business decision.
Obama is over exposed. There’s not much newsworthy in this latest event.
Fox will capture huge ratings showing an alternative.
We will make sure to watch the 'Lie to Me' show.
Sounds like there won’t be much difference. Lie to me or Lie to America
I love irony.
hmm..Lie to Me or the Presidential Address - one things for sure, both will be filled with lies.
FOX may not be perfect, but at the very least, they're a heck of a lot better than the rest of the media.
Obama massive overexposure is not a bad thing for our interests.
I guess “Lie To Me” will be shown on all the networks that night!
However, the miracles are being performed by the media in the way they transform someone who is nothing, into a god like figure. Hats off to them, because it truly is a miracle.
Democrats refused to appear in any Fox debates...payback.
“Lie to Me” vs King Barry - huh? Same thing really.
