Meghan McCain: Can we ban mentioning her on FR???

I am getting tired of seeing daily threads about Meghan McCain almost daily on FR. I don't watch network TV, and honestly never heard of her until several weeks ago.
Could we just quit posting about her already, unless there is TRULY a news article that concerns her?????

I find her vacuous, boring, trite, and of very little consequence.I couldn't explain her better. And I agree she's not amusing. But what would be gained from banishment? The MSM would still use her. Pundits would still discuss her (all because she's giving them fodder). She'd still have her goofy blog and Twitter page. So what would we accomplish? Yet beyond that, she's a weak individual who doesn't know how to cope with the loss of media attention after the election. She took the attention personally, and now the need's still there. That's sad, as well as a potentially serious issue. Isn't that a legitimate topic?
I know you don't disagree with this, I'm just pointing out the uselessness of such a move. If anyone doesn't want to hear about her, just ignore the threads as you've said. But why deprive others of a chance for a little light commentary, as well as some possibly serious discussion?

That is one hell of a beaver on that babe! We need more beaver shots here at FR. Fuzzy little things that they are would keep a lot of us much more interested with a couple of beaver breaks per day. You know, something to lighten things up a bit. We could even have a contest of who has the best beaver. Probably get a lot of entries.
Just a thought

Given the management’s prior disgust with John McCain I would think the request is reasonable; However, beware of 180 degree flips.

What you do is your own business. But banning Meghan articles from FR will have the very opposite effect cyber-wise from what you might like to see as a result.
Why not just ignore the threads

Is that just before that overgrown rat gnawed her face off?
To: fishtank
Ban her. She is tiresome and I am sick of seeing her name in a meaningless headline.
To: fishtank
Absolutely. This whole "free speech" thing is waaaaay overrated, and frankly, getting a little out of hand.
Truthfully, I think Meggie Mac provides some badly needed comic relief, as she attempts to redefine the Republican Party, aided and abetted by the MSM.

Would anyone mind if I hit the "abuse" button the next time there is a thread posted from the news wires about her? Yes, I would mind. Like it or not, she IS in the news. How about if we just mock her? Would that meet your approval?

Little acorn didn’t fall far from the RINO tree, did she?
I’m all in favor banning her mention, frankly.

Would anyone mind if I hit the "abuse" button the next time there is a thread posted from the news wires about her? Why would you hit abuse? Because it isn't what you want to see posted? Sheesh--I'd have to hit abuse 100 times a day if those were the rules. Does it violate FR rules to highlight the acts of an enemy of conservatism? Ms. Meghan is just another Cindy Sheehan type, with an (R) next to her name
but can this be the last thread about her?
Obviously not.
