FBI FIELD INTELLIGENCE GROUPS Page 11
9 December 2008
Discovery of Radiological Dispersal Device Components, Literature, and Radioactive Material at the Maine Residence of an Identified Deceased US Person On 9 December 2008, radiological dispersal device components and literature, and radioactive materials, were discovered at the Maine residence of an identified deceased USPER James Cummings. Cummings had possible ties to white supremacist groups.
On 9 December 2008, four one-gallon containers of 35 percent hydrogen peroxide, lithium metal, thermite, aluminum powder, beryllium, boron, black iron oxide, and magnesium ribbon were discovered at the Cummings residence. (FBI comments: Literature on constructing dirty bombs; information referring to cesium-137, strontium-90, and cobalt-60; and possible evidence linking James ((Cummings)) to white supremacist groups were also discovered.)
(Source comments: Amber ((Cummings)) admitted to the shooting death of her husband James Cummings citing years of mental, physical, and sexual abuse. Amber Cummings retained legal counsel upon being questioned by law enforcement about any involvement with white supremacists. James Cummings was reported to have inherited two million dollars and to have resided in multiple states prior to relocating to Maine.)
Amber ((Cummings)) indicated James was very upset with Barack Obama being elected President. She indicated James had been in contact with white supremacist group(s).
Amber also indicated James mixed chemicals in the kitchen sink at their residence and had mentioned dirty bombs. (Source comment: State authorities detected radiation emissions in four small jars in the residence labeled uranium metal, as well as one jar labeled thorium. The four jars of uranium carried the label of an identified US company.)
An application for membership in the National Socialist Movement, which had been completed by James Cummings was discovered.
(FBI comments: Uranium, thorium, cesium-137, strontium-90, and cobalt-60 are radioactive isotopes. 35 percent hydrogen peroxide is a necessary precursor for the manufacture of peroxide-based explosives.
Lithium metal, thermite, and aluminum are materials used to sensitize and amplify the effects of explosives.
The identified US Company in this report sold the depleted uranium online.

You’re welcome and thank you piasa.
I’m glad this didn’t happen. We would have lost a good man in Chief Justice Roberts.
I don’t think it’s unlikely at all. Richard Clarke did. Richard Clarke’s a stone-cold idiot.
And I don’t know we would assume they were conservative at all — even for the sake of argument — when they never said or did a single thing to indicate they were. It was Clinton administration creation to be used against Rush Limbaugh. It was a lie based on nothing.
Conservatives stand for liberty and freedom and the defense of our Constitution. They do not and have not engaged in terrorism. They do not slaughter innocent people to achieve political ends. It just doesn’t happen.
If these are your words Polarik then you also have things bass ackwards. The left has always been exclusionary with race, origin, religion, and class in this nation now and in the past. They act the same in other nations worldwide and have forever. The dems have been the party of racists and racism since their inception in 1800. Look at the founder of the party and his insisting that blacks and whites be treated differently in the Constitution or he would take the southern states and leave.
“...The entire MSM has sat on this story and basically buried it...”
There must be some reason why they didn’t run with this story, I’d really like to know what that is. Ordinarily, you would expect the MSM to try to make this guy some kind of poster boy for right-wing extremism in an effort to taint anyone who is right of center.
Wifey took him out.
Good wife. Here's a cracker.
Furthermore, my second sentence was talking about the Left as perceived TODAY by the media and liberals as "championing the plight of the poor, of Blacks and Hispanics, of the rights of gays and lesbians, of reproductive rights...blah, blah..blah"
It's all about the hypocricy of the Left calling everyone a "right-wing extremist," who doesn't agree with their derisive, anti-Constitutional, anti-freedom, Socialistic ideas.
Do you get it, now?
Conservative isn't really a good descriptor in this case. No one who believes that killing their fellow man is acceptable in order to get their way is conservative, heck they aren't even sane.
You have control freaks on both the left and right. Indeed when applying the ultimate control on society they tend to act the same, even using the same socialist ideas of Marx to validate their brutality. That is why even though Hitler was considered “right wing authoritarian” and Stalin was considered “left wing communist”, in truth they were both just socialists who killed millions, like all socialists do, for power and control.
Socialists are all mentally insane, infected by the mental disease of socialism.
Volk is German for people, or as we speak it, the folks

I seem to remember that Volkswagen is “The People’s Car” in English, I wonder if it translates more accurately to “The People’s Wagon”.
His wife’s name is Amber Cummings...
Makes me wonder what became of the murder investigation and if she is the same Amber Cummings that later appeared in an article from the Washington Post :
The organizer of the anti-Marxism protest is not a white supremacist. Amber Cummings is a self-described “transsexual female who embraces diversity” and had announced on Facebook that “any racist groups like the KKK [and] Neo Nazis . . . are not welcome.” The protest was needed, Cummings said, because “Berkeley is a ground zero for the Marxist Movement.”

Might explain why this pony wasn’t ridden to death in the press ...and the story died out.
