Please post what is happening at your tea party here, your location and attendance...and as always, lots of pictures:)
The media is attempting to discredit everything by claiming it was organized by Norquist or Beck or someone.
5000 in Denver! Great signs, great crowd, great weather!
I was at the Kingsport rally and so was Bert. He got some pictures he’s gonna post later.. I figured that there were about 1000 people and abount 200 in Bristol.
You were on vocally announcing on whose back the country is carried on.
They did me with my sign, and included one sentence of my interview, about the gov’t spending my great-granchildren’s money, who aren;t even born yet.
The TV report had a lot of good crowd shots.
Maybe they will repeat at ten or eleven tonight.
I’m still wariming up from the Tea Party.
One car with college students yelled "Obama". Big granite truck did a back fire at us, but my husband yelled "Which end did that come out of" It was funny.
Spirits high with love of country and fellow man. All view points represented, but all love Constitution and want our country back. No speakers before we left.
As Samuel Adams said: "It does not take a majority to prevail... but rather an irate, tireless minority, keen on setting brushfires of freedom in the minds of men." Samuel Adams
God Bless America and Long Live our Constitution
Susy Benjamin is looking old all of a sudden. She probably even actually needs that cane.
Just returned from the Tea Party in Carson City, Nevada...it was great! Probably around 2500 patriots on a cold windy day.
It turned into a dump Harry Reid rally with many loud chant sessions of, “DUMP REID”. Lots of very good signs and posters...lots of serious people laughing and having a good time.
US Congressman Dean Heller was there and talked to the crowd. Also, the legislature building is right on the main drag through town, so there was non-stop horn honking, especially when the 18-wheelers came by. It was pretty cool and much noisier than I expected...pretty good “protest” for my first one!! (at 65-years).
Amen ncpatriot! Big and small - these tea parties are important!
Belive it or not! At least 50 or so while I was there.
Some Pics coming shortly!
I was interviewed by the local radio station they airred my comments about us excercising our 1st amendmant rights and how it scares the liberals.
My husband is at one of the MARTA stations also. He said the crowds are beyond belief. Where are the freepers standing in Atlanta?
Over here we’d give that a “YYEEEEEEEEEHHHAAAAAAAAWWWWW”.
The police would not estimate the size of the crowd but I was stunned. I took 100 leaflets inviting folks to join FRee Republic and gave them all out. I personally spoke with 175 or so folks giving the leaflet with the FR logo and invite to join us. I barely scratched the surface.
It was an antimated crowd loudly cheerin and waving signs and flags. I was suprised at the number of Gadsen Flags. They were all over, big flags, small signs, t shirts and jackets
The Freeper Nellie Mae
The plaintive question " How much do I owe?"
"Freep Line"
Home made sign and shirt.... from Unicoi County
Some Over Mountain Men left Kingsport and defeated the British at Kings Mountain
More Gadsden flags than the red white and blue....
The pickup is the essence of the Rockytop tea party
You were featured on Channel 11 on the 6:00 news....be sure to watch at 11:00.

“But I have no proof of any of this but the speaker at the event DID say there were ACORN members in attendance. I believe that sweet little old lady was one.”
You should have just told her that Jesus inspired you to make your sign. :)
Oh, they weren’t all tax signs. Most were signs were about spending
