I am quite certain that this is not the protocol, and is most unbecoming a President of the United States.

I don't think that's entirely correct. It certainly wouldn't be an act of submission to bow to someone you're greeting in Japan. There, the bow is just like a handshake. We certainly wouldn't suggest that an American president shouldn't shake someone's hand.

What more do you expect from a man who’s hell bent on appeasement, on giving off the appearance of not being Bush, who’s hell bent on making friends out of known enemies, a man who has spent much of his adult life learning from people who hate this country, it’s traditions, it’s laws, it’s Constitution and who look up to individuals to whom they bow down to?

I looked for 20 minutes trying to find such a picture. No luck. Probably because one doesn't exist because Bush never did it.

Bush may suffer from stumbled locutions, but he's not an idiot, especially with respect to cultural customs in the middle east. His family has been doing business there since he was a small child. He would certainly know what a bow to a king would mean in the Arab culture.

Did anyone bow to YOU, and you didn’t return the sign of mutual respect though? Customs may change for business people and the like over time, but when it comes to protocol for Heads of State it is a bit different.

You call that a bow? Bambi looks like he’s bending over to take a close look at something Abdullah’s holding. Even the others are looking down at what O’Bidens looking at, and not at the Pres_ent, which they would be doing if it were a bow.

It appears to me...that the King extends his hand...Zero grabs his hand to shake it...AND bows.
