President Barack Obama said he believes the global financial system remains at risk of implosion with the failure of Citigroup or AIG, touching off “an even more destructive recession and potentially depression.”
His remarks came in a “60 Minutes” interview in which he was pressed by an incredulous Steve Kroft for laughing and chuckling several times while discussing the perilous state of the world’s economy.
“You're sitting here. And you're— you are laughing. You are laughing about some of these problems. Are people going to look at this and say, "I mean, he's sitting there just making jokes about money—” How do you deal with— I mean: explain. . .” Kroft asks at one point.
“Are you punch drunk?” Kroft says.
“No, no. There's gotta be a little gallows humor to get you through the day,” Obama says, with a laugh.

I didn’t see this but in my mind’s eye I can see his attitude. He is a smartalec.
I managed to be able to watch a clip of Gibbs popping off the other day before he became tongue tied over honest adn reasonable questions about who knew what and when about AIG.
The issue now on AIG is manifold and it has little to do with AIG. I wonder if anyone with any kind of public position is going to point out that the issues now are:
1. Has the president lied about what he knew and when?
2. Has the congress violated the Constitution?
and nothing, nobody can stop him

For one smart ass to be offended by another, the other, as in ZERO, has to be popping off and giving a lot of body language and other non-verbal signals themself.
I won’t watch ZERO or even listen to him, I have trouble reading what he says because he is so full of S..t. So, I can only conjecture about how he behaved on 60 min (Something else I won’t watch)but in my conjecture... I think this will be poorly received.
Most of America doesn’t like smart asses and people who are without jobs, worrying about jobs and losses and costs and all that...should get pretty PISSED by someone who finds inappropriate humor in their painful condition.
The guy dosn’t have to worry about money. No matter how bad things get, he still gets his wagu beef and his Wednesday evening parties. He runs on the taxpayer’s dime, he dosn’t care where they get it, he’s got his.

I have to say in all honesty I would rather deal with dumber than dirt Biden, rather than the unmitigated evil of Obama. Biden is dumber than dirt as I already mentioned and I think if he to take over as president that he is a buffoon & a joke, and by & large he would be a figurehead president with a largely fractured demoRAT base that would be extremely PO’s over the removal of Obooombi. Which would be good for our side!!!
