Looks like it’s intended to prohibit these organizations from engaging in political activity.

With this being an amendment to the GIVE act, perhaps it only applies to organizations administering those programs (of involuntary servitude and indoctrination.) If that is the case, I would prefer that they not be organizing to influence legislation.
