Also, this whole unconstitutional scheme steals time from services people DO want to perform, and ARE performing now, and diverts that time into oxymoronic [more likely just moronic] "mandated volunteer" services they may NOT want to perform, and WILL NOT perform.

This could be used along with the census to target red states during elections.
