It is an article of faith in the loopier precincts of the Internet, impervious to evidence to the contrary, that Barack Obama is ineligible to be president of the United States because he is not a "natural born citizen" as the Constitution requires.

All this would be quite harmless, like believing in the Illuminati or alien abduction, except that the extra-chromosome true believers have taken to filing suit in the federal courts basically seeking to overturn the election.

I note that the DLN in the RIMS history sheet gives an 11 digit number. There are only 10 digits on the form. It appears that the leading 8 is missing on the form.

The RIMS history gives it as 8089 708 0632, the leading “80” being consistent with 1980.

So is the DLN supposed to be an 11 digit number or a 10 digit number?

Sorry for the caps. It's just more inconsistencies that makes it more believable that we have another Obama document forgery. It looks likes the forger noted that he could not in a timely manner forged the date/process number on the form to match the 1980 year he wanted so he sent a computer printout to reflect the desired year. As noted above, a lot easier to do.

I mean, that he had to have registered for Selective Service in 1980, rather than say, 1979 or 1981, so that all they had to do was simply add an "8" in the computer printout in order to get that leading "80" in the DLN.

Just six months one way or the other and he'd have been screwed.

Let's see... a quick search for the person who posted the email, "Richcares", shows him to be a rather prolific Obot:

after publishing this, they found Obama bashing gave them more readers, so "authentic" was deleted and WND went back to bashing the BC (luckily "authentic" was archived)

• A certified copy of Certificate of Hawaiian Birth, including testimonies; or
• A certified copy of Certificate of Delayed Birth. ....

  In order to process your application, DHHL utilizes information that is found only on the original Certificate of Live Birth, which is either black or green. This is a more complete record of your birth than the Certification of Live Birth (a computer-generated printout). Submitting the original Certificate of Live Birth will save you time and money since the computer-generated Certification requires additional verification by DHHL.
