It is an article of faith in the loopier precincts of the Internet, impervious to evidence to the contrary, that Barack Obama is ineligible to be president of the United States because he is not a "natural born citizen" as the Constitution requires.
All this would be quite harmless, like believing in the Illuminati or alien abduction, except that the extra-chromosome true believers have taken to filing suit in the federal courts basically seeking to overturn the election.

Possibly. As stated, it would have to be part of a Criminal investigation. But IMO, that should encompass any UCMJ Article 88 investigation against an officer.
BTW, Article 91 charges would not apply against BHO... he's a public official, so Article 88 would be the most logical "match" with a JAG prosecutor.
But sadly, the constitution doesn’t set out a clear way to find out one’s eligibility, it just states that one has to be eligible, birth certificates weren’t common back then....and as for me being a troll, i’m a church going anti abortion anti gay marriage conservative, but I also believe that one has to pick one’s fights and that this isn’t getting anywhere and never will, we’ve had how many of these lawsuits thrown right out of court...

Even you are admitting then that there is something specifically different about being President. It seems we simply disagree on what that means.
Many of us here believe that it means that 0bama must prove that he is eligible to be President.
I really do believe this WILL end with 0bama producing the document. Either to silence the 'birthers' or to solidify military loyalty (which is why I brought up the insubordination issue a few posts ago) or something else. It WILL end.
As much as I despise 0bama and would love to see him out of office as soon as humanly possible, there is part of me that really hopes he's eligible... because I fear the unrest that will ensue if it is found that he isn't. If 0bama had ever given that some thought, he might have produced the BC a long time ago.

Well, let's take Missouri's HJR34, the Voter Bill of Rights. Let's say it passes next week...
BHO would have 30 days to produce his CertificATE of Live Birth to the SOS ... if BHO doesn't, then state Attorney General sues within 20 days ... but first, the AG opens a criminal investigation on behalf of the state of Missouri. That would entitle him to make a formal inquiry to the state of Hawaii Dept of Health and BINGO -- they have access to BHO's birth records... no permission from a Hawaii judge required.
And in this case, Missouri would have Standing via Article 3, Section 2, Clause 1 of the US Constitution.
Looks like they're earning the title of the "Show Me State."
Only if a court unearths evidence that The One was never eligible to the office.
Elections don't overrule the Constitution, much as Democrats wish they did.

The Department of Education in the State of Hawaii searched high & low for little boy barry’s kindergarten enrollment forms since he allegedly attended Noelani Elementary School . They would have included his little handprints and his Birthplace, Parents names, DOB, & his actual given NAME.

Doesn't have to be Kenya, could have been Canada. A good place, in 1961, to send a white teenager about to have a half black baby, with the intent of giving it (now known as The One) up for adoption. Especially if one has friends and associates in the Seattle area. But teenage girls are notorious for bad judgment (boys are at leas as bad, but in other area) where babies and such are concerned. There is eyewitness evidence placing Stanley Ann in Seattle, when little Barry was still "all pink" and early enough that she still hadn't learned to change his nappies.
There's no reason to let this go or any other Obama issue that deserves opposition. You take on Obama in totality. No matter what the odds are, Obama is an Usurper that deserves to brought into the public light. One of these lawsuits will eventually get a day in court.
And there are essentially TWO different main arguments regarding his eligibility that need to be tackled by the Judicial branch:
The Berg argument: He may have been born in a foreign country. Without prima facia, impossible to prove.
The Donofrio argument: His father was never a US citizen, so Obama cannot be a NBC. Academically strong if you're intellectually honest about the definition of "Natural Born Citizen" at the Framing. But the argument needs to get in front of a judge first that will accept the case. It's a political hot potato the courts do NOT want, but since the Congress is unwilling to act, the Courts may be forced to respond...
Wrong, if requested they will send a copy of the original. For some purposes one *must* have a copy of the original. The state itself will not accept the abstract for the Hawaii Lands Program. The US state department won't accept it *IF* the date of birth is too much before the date of acceptance.
It also says on the bottom that any alterations invalidate it. Since no one has actually seen it, determining alterations is difficult, but at least some see evidence of digital alteration to the posted images.

OBAMA GAY SCANDAL
...tell all book that the President led a lurid secret life of gay sex and drugs that possibly led to murder, sources tell GLOBE...
The stunning charges come in a blockbuster new book just released by Larry Sinclair, who dogged OB for months during the presidential campaign with his stunning claims that he had sex with the future CIC. (Not that there's anything wrong with that)
Sinclair, author of Barack Obama & Larry Sinclair - Cocaine, Sex, Lies and Murder? claims:
- He used of cocaine with OB on at least two occasions.
- The gay choir director of Ob’s church - who was KILLED (read: MURDERED) confessed to having an affair with the handsome politician.
- He sent Michelle O an express mail letter at the White House warning her about the intimate details in his book.
While the administration has made no official acknowledgment of Sinclair's outrageous (but true heh heh) work, sources say that behind the scenes, the White House has been thrown into a frenzy...White House staffers have been ordered to keep quiet about the scandalous book in front of the President's daughters.
Sinclair, a 47 year old (truth-teller), (repentant) ex-con from Duluth, MN, admits his personal history of arrests and drug use in the book, where he details his claims in graphic detail. (An obvious best seller in Russia, China, Iran, et al...heh heh)
In shockingly candid language, Sinclair describes performing oral sex on Obs in November 1999 and claims the future leader of the free world got cocaine for them to share.
Sinclair says he met Ob's in Chicago on Nov. 6, 1999, while in town to attend a friend's graduation from a Navy training center. He claims a limo driver (who is now a millionaire heh heh), who was showing him around the Windy City, introduced him to OB, then an Illinois state senator.
“After picking me up at the hotel, and on the drive into Chicago, (the driver made a phone call from his cell phone, “Sinclair writes, “(The driver) informed me that the had a friend who would be perfect for partying and showing me Chicago.”
After being introduced, Sinclair claims he and Obs shared a few drinks. Sinclair writes he then asked Obs if he could score cocaine. He says Obs told the chauffeur to drive to a location in Chicago so he could buy buy the drug. “I handed Obama $250 to pay for an eight ball of cocaine.” Sinclair writes.
He says Obama left and later returned with the coke.
“I had made it clear that I was openly gay,” Sinclair says in his book. “My instincts told me he was. After snorting the first line, I used my right hand to rub Obama’s leg.”
He then describes how he performed oral sex on Obama while the hunky Democrat smoked crack cocaine.
The next night, Sunday, Nov. 7, 1999, he say Obama turned up at his room at the Comfort Inn & Suites in Gurnee, Ill.
“I invited Barack into the room...and he immediately pulled out cocaine.” Sinclair writes.
He says he again performed oral sex while the charismatic politico smoked the drug.
Sinclair admits he didn't think about the fling until nearly five years when he saw Obama on television speaking at the 2004 Democratic convention.
Then three years later, while Obama stumped for President, Sinclair says he contacted the campaign's office “asking that Barack Obama correct his claims that he has ‘not’ used any drugs ‘since high school.’”
He says he never heard back from anybody in the campaign despite repeated phone calls.
In the book, Sinclair also echoes this sensational claims that Obama is tied to the murder of Donal Young, the gay choir director at the controversial Trinity United Christian Church in Chicago, where the President was a member.
GLOBE reported last year at least one source claims Young, 47, who was shot dead on Dec, 23, 2007, may have been murdered because of “something he knew” about Obama.
“Donald was an openly gay male and by his own admission was involved in an intimate and sexual relationship with Barack Obama for years,” Sinclair claims in the book.
“Donald was killed after having been in communication with me for some four months.”
Sinclair insists Young, phoned him to find out if he'd told anyone about the church leader's encounters with Obama.
“Over the course of the next few months, Donald Young confided that Barack Obama himself had asked him to call me,” Sinclair writes.
Sinclair claims Young phoned him again to warn him “be careful” and later added, “’You know Barack and I have been .’ I believe Donal Young and I believe that his death was at the direction of Barack Obama..”
Sinclair's book is dedicated to the memory of Young, “a man who died for no other reason that to protect the image of Barack Obama.”
...Political pundits say Sinclair's allegations are so scandalous (and true heh heh)the White House can't afford to ignore them and try to sweep the issue under the carpet.
“Larry Sinclair is going to haunt Obama until he leaves office...Taking the high ground only plays into Sinclair's hands.”
