Yes, but perhaps Barack Mugabe himself autographed it, thus making the gift invaluable and a historic treasure..... In that case, I hope Brown knows he can't take a national treasure out of the country.

But give DVDs and cheap toys to a visiting head of state from probably our most close and vital ally.
I imagine Sarah Palin knows how to entertain dignitaries far better than this.

This isn't "little stuff". Giving the finger to our oldest and best friend - is NOT little.
Think for a moment how the MSM - especially the haters at ABC would have responded if President Bush had given a four dollar toy to some African Chieftain..
Or God Forbid, it Palin had given 25 DVD's to a head of State. Charlie Gibsom would have spent a year looking down his nose at her.
Obama was tacky. And it reflects on all of us.
And the silence in the MSM reflects on them...

Lets be fair now, Doctor. Michelle got hers at the one of a kind, exclusive White House Gift Shop. The only one on the whole planet...To be completely honest, she probably handed a lackey a twenty and said, "Go buy something for the honky brats."

The Obamas don’t give their own children birthday or Christmas gifts. Fifteen dollars was generous for them.

Spends lavishly on himself and then goes to our countrys closest ally and gives some cheap $4 toys to the PMs kids.
What a thoughtless, inconsiderate and childish moron.

I agree, but its worse than that - its sort of grubby revolutionary maladroit. You wouldn’t expect a refined sense of diplomatic protocal from a band of guerillas occupying the White House, is my point.
Maybe the Europeans don’t either. Had W or Ms. Rice committed any of these . . . whatever you want to call them, it would have been breaking news/YouTube/Leno/Stewart/Letterman material.
