An Oklahoma City police officer wrongly pulled over a man last week and confiscated an anti-President Barack Obama sign the man had on his vehicle.
The officer misinterpreted the sign as threatening, said Capt. Steve McCool, of the Oklahoma City Police Department, and took the sign, which read "Abort Obama, not the unborn."
Chip Harrison said he was driving to work when a police car followed him for several miles and then signaled for him to pull over.
''I pulled over, knowing I hadn't done anything wrong," Harrison said in a recent phone interview.
When the officer asked Harrison if he knew why he had been pulled over, Harrison said he did not.

Since we are no longer using the Constitution, can I have it? I like that! I may put it on a sign for my car.

I would have said it would be fine if they had a warrant, and that it would be irresponsible of me to let them in otherwise.

How many firearms would have been confiscated if found in the mans home during the so called “walk through?” Irregardless of the fact, he has a Constitutional Right to possess them.

Well, at least the police officer confirmed that the left do actually agree that abortion is murder.

I hope the person sues the crap out of the sheriffs office, Oklahoma City Police Department, or at least demand the moron that pulled him over be fired. JMO, but he has solid grounds for a lawsuit.

I would have told the SS to kiss my ***, get a warrant I have known many Secret Service people - all conservative, all nice, all professional. Still, it's chilling to imagine what the current occupant of our White House might do the that great organization and how appropriate the "SS" designation may become under our president-for-life.

Gestapo tactics, IMO. Secret Service won’t ‘ransack’ the house? Bull Puckey! Just want to know that he’s not a member of a hate group? More Bull Puckey! Who defines “hate group”? And, then, who interprets the definition?
And, that first cop? Should be relegated to desk duty until he learns the law.
As a former LEO, I know our department was regularly called on to protect those with whom we may have personally disagreed. We put aside our personal politics in many cases, in order to preserve the peace and protect the public; all elements of the public.

I see, well, all you have to do is let them walk through your house to prove you are innocent?? Meanwhile we have people pouring over the borders without being stopped, money being looted from the treasury 24 hours a day, officials not paying taxes with impunity and this poor guy has got to prove to some Nazi SS that he is not a threat? Let me see, this is a potential violation of the first, fourth, fifth, sixth 14th amendments at least. I wonder if he had a firearm visible, he would probably be in jail and his house burned for good measure.

Well, at least the police officer confirmed that the left do actually agree that abortion is murder. What a fascinating point! "So, Mr. prosecutor, does your continued interest in pursuing charges indicate that the state takes the judicial position that abortion is murder?" That could open up a whole new avenue of protest.

...but the offender is the person who called, not the Secret Service agents.Huh?
"According to Harrison, the supervisor said the Secret Service had been contacted on the matter and had told them the sign was not a threat to the president."
Unless you mean the offender was the supervisor.
