Sources have forwarded this Report news of a serious gaffe by Democratic Senator Dianne Feinstein. It proves she apparently has no business chairing the Senate Intelligence Committee. This serious embarrassment was virtually smothered by American media outlets.
The CIA and The Pentagon refused to comment on this matter when questioned by The UK’s Daily Telegraph. In a breathtaking example of incompetence Feinstein publicly revealed a military secret during an open Committee hearing last Friday.
In what must have been a “senior moment” the new Chair of the Senate Intelligence Committee, confirmed that American unmanned drone spy planes are being launched from tribal areas in Pakistan.
At one point while in a cross examination of Dennis Blair Director of National Intelligence, Feinstein commented, “I don’t know whether you’d care to comment on this but [I] also noticed that Mr. Holbrooke in Pakistan ran into considerable concern about the use of the Predator strikes in the FATA area of Pakistan.”
“And yet, as I understand it, these are flown out of a Pakistani base.” Feinstein added.
Feinstein’s revelation contradicts Washington’s consistent denials that the drones we have been bombing Pakistani tribal areas with are being launched from a Pakistani air base.
Missiles from these drones have killed numerous terrorists including top al-Qaeda leaders and a number of Pakistani civilians.
That these strikes were originating in Pakistan under secret agreements between Washington and Islamabad has long been rumored. Until now no hard evidence of these agreements existed and plausible deniability could be maintained by both governments.
Democrat Feinstein’s loose lips have caused a serious problem between America and Pakistan, a country we need if we are ever to win in Afghanistan and capture Bin Ladin. This statement may have compromised major intelligence operations throughout the region, but our media won’t report it.

But the press will down play it here. But around the world the backlash will only gain momentum. While trying to protect her, the rage will build until it falls on her or Obama.

She has always been an idiot. When her rich hubby and his leftist pals bought her a Senate seat in the special election against John Seymour in November 1992, she was so ignorant that she didn’t realize that she had just become a Senator. When a reporter asked her, post election, when she intended to take her oath of office, she was mystified and answered “January”, clueless that the special election was effective immediately.
I have not heard a thing about this from the MSM but of course I do not read or listen to them.

Interesting some want to attribute Feinstine’s liberalism as a ‘senior moment’...as if thats an affirmative defense...
It is called TREASON but since it is from a left wing Democrat it is never wrong as they desire to help the terrorist as much as possible. Like most of the Royals in the Royal 100 Club who are on the left or are covert lefties.
Feinstein apologists point out that this information had been published in the media a number of times.
A disputed media claim is one thing, however, and confirmation from the chair-creature of the Intelligence Committee is quite another.

Joe Liberman but with that exception I can not think of any. Actually Liberman is officially an Independent so I guess the real number is zero.
Ah yes...but the same press elevated Ms. Plame and her traitorous husband to hero status at supposedly being ‘outed’. These idiots do nothing but harm.
I am promoting the idea that the dhimmi elements in this country, including saboteurs like Feinstein, are adherents of a new kind of cargo cult: They apparently believe that if they just shake their feathers and rattle their gourds in the right direction, their gods (in the form of nutball celebrities and rich oil ticks) will shower them with wealth.
Unlike the original cargo cults, though, they are probably right. As Rush says, follow the money trail.

“Senior moment?” That’s being way to generous. She was being her usual traitorous self.
