I see Reid is refusing to have the Sessions amendment for any discussion or vote. They dissed him earlier today and now again, tonight. It was to have e-verify for any employees getting jobs through the package.

No, Quorum means that the Amendments come up for a vote and if you think thats chump change well..... uh yea. Its that Amendments that will make or break it because if the GOP can’t get it’s amendments in it dies.

Unfortunately, regular people aren't the only ones flooding the phone lines and email boxes of the asses. There's been a concerted effort by all the usual lefty groups to contact Snowe and Collins to leave Porkulus intact. They've even been running TV ads here in Maine urging people to contact the two RINOs.
Collins just won re-election here and has apparently indicated that she won't run after her current term expires, so what's she got to lose by continuing to cater to liberals? Her election ads here were stomach turning, reassuring everyone that she'd continue stabbing conservatives in the back at every opportunity, a resume enhancer here in the People's Republic of Maine.
Her office (and Snowe's) stopped even acknowledging receipt of my letters years ago. I suppose I'm on their "nutball conservative" list. They make me sick, and so do the weak-kneed, dysfunctional voters who keep returning them to office.

It won't surprise me if he calls the next person he doesn't like a "poo-poo head."

Last night Collins sounded like Obama’s Mini Me. She used many of the little phrases he’s used in pimping the bill.
The thing is, the way Obama does Pay for Play, it might be many months before we see her getting her Pay out of it. He doesn’t do it tit for tat right away. Sometimes Obama doesn’t get his Pay for long periods of time after he’s given the Play to the other person. Sometimes the other person waits quite a while for Pay.
Was there any doubt? Gosh, what a shocker.
