I can think of at least 4 he doesn’t have. You’re seeing “smiles” because cameras were there and the conservative justices are, if nothing else, gracious.
Wanna see how they really feel - next hear at Zero’s State of the Union Show - keep your eye on the justices in the front row. The justices usually do not applaud during the SOTU Show - but watch Scalia’s face - when Clinton gave his SOTU, it was fixed in an almost permanent scowel - as if Scalia couldn’t stand sitting that close to him.
So now will the judge ask Obama and company to prove that allegations are false and baseless as part of the discovery phase?

The only thing I’ve seen that MIGHT have led credence to 0 having been born in Hawaii was a birth announcement by his parents in a small town newspaper in Hawaii. Someone commented that they would hardly have placed that announcement so that their son could someday become president of the U.S.
True! BUT I wonder how many people who gave birth to a child in some hell hole such as Kenya moved to Hawaii and CLAIMED that their child was born there so that he could claim American citizenship. Maybe O’s trying to pretend he’s an anchor baby.
T SCOTUS said no cameras no press. He brought his own photographer, posed the pictures and released them to the press. He's all smiles leaning on the back of the CJ's chair with the appearance that all is well....
THINK. He just did the opposite of what the SCOTUS had laid down as rules and then spit in their collective faces....Looks at their body language: crossed arms, no smiles or strained smiles.....He may have just opened himself to a sum of their WA!
What if there were a movement to refuse birth certificate verification ourselves, for whatever situations may demand it, based on the non-compliance of the president, himself...
It’s possible that Frank is listed as his father. I don’t think most of his supporters would care and it certainly wouldn’t affect his citizenship. Folks in Kenya would be upset though.
I’ve found it odd that Obama was so detached from his mother. Also, apparently she didn’t even know how to change a diaper a few weeks after he was born. That is very odd.
Agree. Kerry also had trouble showing his entire Military Record. These guys are amazing.

Not necessarily. Regardless of where 0bama was born, it’s quite likely that granny placed a birth announcement in the Honolulu paper to inform Stanley’s family and friends. To put a more current context to it, being a transplanted Californian, many of my fellow easterners place birth announcements in their hometown paper back east to let all of their friends know of the new addidtion to the family.

And has been pointed out previously, what Zero produced was not a birth certificate, but a “certification of live birth,” which, under the law active in 1961, was issued by the State of Hawaii to children of citizens who had been born on foreign soil. Do I think the obtaining of a Certification of Live Birth ominous? No — originally, on it’s face, I’m sure Stanley knew her marriage had no legal basis and she wanted to make sure Obama had no U.S. citizenship problems later in life, and the Certification of Live Birth would be acceptable for obtaining other forms of U.S. Citizen I.D. Unfortunately for Zero, when he decided he now wanted to be President, since he is a supposed Constitutional “scholar” and when he saw that John McCain was being pressed for his birth certificate by a media anxious to discredit his eligibility, Zero released the COLB, thinking that would satisfy the media when they came asking. Imagine his surprise when the media DIDN’T come asking him as they had McCain. Gets FactCheck to authenticate and thinks the problem solved. Unfortunately, Zero didn’t count on a non-sheeple segment of the population that said “WHOA! WAAAAIT a minute!” and began to point our errors and inconsistencies in the Zero document.
And despite my being called a paranoid numnut by my progressive friends, they have yet to explain to me why this man is spending millions on lawyers in an effort to prevent the American public from viewing what has got to be the most innocuous personal identification paper you possess. One went so far as to say - “who CARES what the Constitution says! It’s a stupid rule anyway.” My guess is she probably runs red lights when no one’s looking.

That’s Obama’s favorite trick, touching someone on the shoulder, as he did to President Bush at the White House, and leaning on the CJ’s chair. Totally inappropriate and a power play on O’s part.
I read somewhere recently that Stanley Ann was 3 months pregnant when she an Obama Sr married (if they did). That could mean that she got pregnant when she was in Cuba with the group of “lefties” as the comments about her trip there were that she was very promiscuous.
The birth father might be someone other than the “legal” father in this case. Maybe that’s what BHO found on the birth certificate he discovered. If he did.
My bet is that it lists his race as Caucasian because his skin was not dark toned.

In prior posts on earlier threads, a poster who lives in Hawaii did some digging, and the address that the “birth announcement” claimed either didn’t exist or Stanley Ann never lived there.
There was serious phony information, according to this person.
