KNIGHTSVILLE, Ind. (WTHI) - Months ago, Rachel Jones was shocked to discover her 4-year-old's baby doll seemed to have a hidden message: Islam is the light.
Imagine her surprise when a game for her 8-year-old daughter's Nintendo DS had the same message.
Rachel said she bought the Nintendo game, Baby Pals, as a gift for her 8-year-old daughter after a good report card.
She had no idea the game also contained the hidden message "Islam is the light."

Somebody needs to check out every product Crave has produced for this kind of stuff.
I saw that Debbie Schlussel covered the earlier story about the doll, and I sent her a head’s up about what I found. I figure she can probably dig up a lot more than I can, and she could sure get the word out a lot further.

I’m wondering what the odds are that this woman would find this alleged message in two different toys. Has anybody else found this in either one? If not, then the odds are astronomical.
Considering that the first reports about the doll had nothing to do with this woman, and reports were coming in from ALL over the country about this doll I don’t think this is a hoax. Rather, I think she called the media immediately because of the fact that this is not ONE, but TWO popular childrens’ toys that feature the same voice, and the same phrase. It could be brushed off as an unfortunate “accident” with the first doll, IMHO. But seeing as this sounds like the EXACT same track playing — something is VERY fishy about that, IMHO.
Yes, the doll was featured in news reports across the country a few months ago, and had nothing to do with this woman.

Granted, I don’t exactly hear the “Satan is the King” phrase myself, but the “Islam is the Light” portion is clear. And, yes, it sounds like the exact same recording, albeit the GameBoy has better sound quality. Same intonation, etc...

I decided to take a peek at YouTube for any independent video of this game. None feature the game in the context of this news report, however, there is a video I just found of a kid playing who recorded giving the doll a bath...
At around 1:00 - 1:10 in the video you can hear the phrase “Islam is the light”. Mind you, there are more videos on YouTube, but this was just the FIRST ONE I clicked on. That tells me there is WAY more to this story.

Just got a large screen TV and really wanted to get a Nintendo Wii. Now, not so much.
A child commented on the video I just posted regarding the DS game that he/she got it “FROM SCHOOL”??? I don’t want to make the kid nervous by asking where he lives, etc... but I sure wish we could figure out what school district is giving out video games to their students (if that is what happened), especially games with subliminal religious messages! I did ask the person to respond with the name of their school district, but I won’t hold my breath. I don’t want the kid to get scared and think I’m some perv! LOL
You may wish to send Debbie a link to the video I put up in Post #28. It’s completely unrelated video to the news article, just some kid recording their playing on the game, but at 1:08 in the video you can clearly hear the phrase...
Also, some kid who commented said they just got this game “at school”??? I’d love to know more about that, but don’t want to write to the kid privately or anything like that to find out more...
