How soon will the calls for reparations be fever-pitch????

It will all be done with the help of Holder who has never seen a terrorist he didn’t try to help pardon.

Clinton fired ALL of the US Attorneys. As a lawyer, he knew that they decide what gets prosecuted. Look for any and all USAs in and around Illinois to be replaced at a minimum, probably a redux of Clinton’s tactic as good measure.

Bush did this differently, and was savaged for it. His loss. To be fair, Bush did replace all (or most) of the US Attorneys when he took office in 2001. What was different was that he also fired a few of those who he had hired, in the middle of his term. That action was somewhat unusual. There was, of course, nothing wrong with what he did(they do, after all, serve at the pleasure of the President), but it was unusual.

just one more example of how 43s dont fight back strategy blew up his party, and his administration. Matter of fact.
If Bush had "in the precedent of President Clinton" fired every US attorney and seized their records after inauguration 2001, Obama would not be president now and a LOT of Rats would be in Federal prison.

True, thank you for expanding on the comment.
The ones fied mid term raised Cain as well. THe Press was happy to dive in and - well, we all saw the results.
Bush will be remembered for many things, as is -say, Jimmy Carter.
I guess the real proof will be in what we tell our grandkids, eh?

Obama did give a decidedly "Marxist view" speech today. It was undoubtedly written by Axelrod.
Axelrod's mother worked/wrote for I.F.Stone.
I.F.Stone was Joe Stalin's man on the scene in the United States.
You can't get closer to Communism than that.
Let's give him a couple of weeks to see if Obama can rise above that narrow bizarro worldview. It's time to overcome ideological pathologies ~

Obama (or at least his advisors) won’t be as naive as was president Bush.
He will clean out the bureaucracies from bottom to top as did Clinton and other presidents before him.
President Bush had his administration undermined and sabotagged from within for eight years due to his failure to clean out opposition appointees when he took office.
If president Bush had shown more Compassionate Conservatism for his supporters and less for his detractors he would have had greater success.

Fire the attornies? Well, I don’t know.... There’s gays to be openly welcomed in the military, unborn babies to annihilate, private companies and funds to be nationalized... I mean, even His Lordship can destroy only so much in one day.

Thanks to Conscience of a Conservative for correcting the error in many of the posts here. Bush did begin his term by firing all of Clinton's U.S. Attorney appointees. I don't know of any recent change of party control of the White House that didn't involve firing all or almost all the U.S. attorneys.
Obama will surely do the same, though he might retain Fitzgerald to avoid any appearance that he's trying to short-circuit an investigation that could affect him personally.

That was just one more example of how 43s dont fight back strategy blew up his party, and his administration. You can just go down the line and name the instances where that destroyed everything: Katrina, Iraq, overseas communication intercepts, Gitmo, Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac reform, and the US attorneys. W's inability to understand that not responding personally and not allowing his administration to respond didn't make him a better person was tragic, had tragic consequences and undermined what he tried to do. That he accomplished what he did in spite of it is amazing, but the damage that was done is immense and along with the cowardice of most of the Congressional republicans, led to this disastrous day in our nation's history.

Well, I guess you are right that he can only do so much in one day, after all it did take God six days to create the Heavens, earth, man, woman, etc. God then took Sunday off too rest. I guess we will have to see how long it takes the lord almighty Osama bin Obama to tear down America. Like he does have at least four years too work on it. But, I am sure they will hit the ground running and destroying. Free Republic should have a topic site on the right side of the page to post each and every liberty, right, etc. that goes down the drain with their actions. A real ready quick page to be able to use to tell those sheeple out there each and everything we lose to the chosen one.

All water under the bridge now.
Who will the MSM and Democrats bash now that Geo W is gone and the Congress is controlled by lying two faced Democrats?
Conservative Republicans had better start screaming the Conservative message every chance they get.
We need to win a majority in the 2010 Congressional elections.
