Stupid is painful, bless his heart. And he dragged several family members into it.
To: Red Badger
Very stupid! Almost feel sorry for the guy. But what I wonder about is the family member handing over tens of thousands of dollars to a 22 year old. Whe the he** were they thinking?

Is there anyone who hasn't received one of these “inheritance scams” in their email box?

I read a piece from one of these e-mail recipients who got 50 bucks from the scammer to join his church. Very funny, he then told the scammer that he was now eligible to keep the whole sum for himself, and congratulated him on his good fortune.

Unfortunately, it’s folks like this knucklehead that keep these scams coming.
To: Red Badger
Aside from deleting the message immediately, his first question to family members should have been: Hey, is there a David Rempel in our family?
Didn't anyone in his family say at any time, "Waiddaminute...". I still can't believe there are STILL folks who fall for this! The dumbness is genetic, I reckon.
