It does look crowded from that perspective, doesn’t it?

SHOCK OF THE DAY (to the MSM/political pundits):
According to today’s AOL POLL (with over 100,000 respondents), almost 60% of respondents will actually MISS President Bush (42% will miss him A LOT — more than indicate they won’t miss him at all)

You are very welcome.

Investors Business Daily has a great editorial about the event>

Statecraft: Nations become allies of the U.S. for many reasons — historic, strategic or even for aid. Then there are allies who contribute — the U.K., Australia and Colombia. Their leaders were rightly honored Tuesday.

You can read the entire editorial here

Did you see the second part of Sean Hannity's interview with the president? I have to do a search if there are any transcripts of the interview

The troops will especially miss him

Thank you, kas .... great job!! Wonderful, melancholy pictures today. Blair and Howard have been the most staunch allies, through thick and thin. It was wonderful and appropriate that they were so beautifully honored like this.

But ............. sigh ............ The minutes just tick on.

The President and Laura were delightful on Larry King earlier.

I’m so impressed with the peace on our President’s face tonight. He can look at himself in the mirror, for whatever he’s done, it was for the good of the country in his opinion, not for any personal reasons.

As has been said: well done, good and faithful servant.

IMHO I think conservatives in both Australia and Britain were appreciative of both John Howard and Tony Blair for their foreign policy and security stance but some of their domestic policies left a lot to be desired.

As I have often said I will always support Tony Blair's position on the WOT etc and for that alone he was a worthy recipient of the Medal of Freedom from GWB.

I wish Bush would have included for honor citations Jose Aznar, previous PM of Spain before the current socialist Zapatero.

Aznar understood the mission in Iraq as well as Blair and Howard.

He was defeated of course after the cowardly Spanish reaction to the Madrid terror bombings.

First of all I resent that you use Bush instead of President Bush or at least Mr Bush, second he probably would have included him if he had not been defeated so early in the war
