I wish Bush would have included for honor citations Jose Aznar, previous PM of Spain before the current socialist Zapatero.
Aznar understood the mission in Iraq as well as Blair and Howard.
He was defeated of course after the cowardly Spanish reaction to the Madrid terror bombings.

First of all I resent that you use Bush instead of President Bush or at least Mr Bush, second he probably would have included him if he had not been defeated so early in the war

I agree with you. That would have been a good thing to do--honoring him for making the RIGHT choices and having it cost him his election.
Who knows if it wouldn't have caused issues in his Country---you never know the behind the scenes things you can and cannot do because something you need from the current leader would be affected by your giving a metal to the former....
