(Lafayette Hill, PA – 01/03/09) - Philip J. Berg, Esquire, the Attorney who filed suit against Barack H. Obama challenging Senator Obama’s lack of “qualifications” to serve as President of the United States and his case, Berg vs. Obama, [is in the U.S. Supreme Court with two (2) Conferences scheduled on 1/09/09 & 1/16/09] announced today that the new issue of GLOBE Magazine [1/12/09 issue] highlights Berg vs. Obama U.S. Supreme Court case and is major story on the front of the magazine and is the centerfold story. There is a place for everyone to vote as to status of Obama, “natural born” or not.
Berg stated, “This is the 2nd time GLOBE Magazine has highlighted the question of Obama’s lack of ‘qualifications’ to be President. More and more people are aware of the fact that Obama does not meet the ‘qualifications’ and that this is the biggest ‘Hoax’ perpetrated on the citizens of the United States in 230 years. When the truth finally comes out, individuals including Barack Hussein Obama, Michelle Obama, Howard Dean [Chair of the Democratic National Committee (DNC)], other top officials of the DNC and senior campaign staff of Obama’s campaign should be brought into the criminal justice system and indicted and tried with incarceration for those convicted.”

I wonder why they ran this. I think the clintons still control the supermarket tabloids.
They seem to have Obama hopping to and from Hawaii and spending hundreds of thousands of dollars, just to keep from spending $10 to produce the 'real thing'....if he has one.
I can't help but think that they have a tremendous amount of leverage on him right now. Hillary's appointment to Sec. State could easily be a part of it.
As long as they can keep this whole thing "hanging", he has to dance (like a puppet) to their music.
If the whole thing comes out too soon, they lose their leverage.....timing is everything.

Roger Altman, United States Deputy Treasury Secretary in bill clinton’s administration, bought a controlling stake in American Media, which publishes the National Enquirer, the Star, and the Weekly World News in 1999. He later bought the Globe, the Sun, and the National Examiner.
It was a pretty shrewd move. Any possible clinton scandal about to come out could be put in the tabloids first with a few key facts intentionally wrong. The lib talking heads could then claim any scandal as simply "supermarket tabloid trash!" "Look at all the lies and falsehoods in this story!"
Brilliant move. The clinton tabloids can also be used to float rumors about clinton political opponents or go after sleazy things that the MSM won't go after like the Edwards affair.
The story is getting more legs. The topic was mentioned in my American Legion monthly bulletin today. Its out there and won’t go away!

It is a POE (Port of Entry) record where his mom noted he was born in Kenya.... Ouch! Obama must have missed this little detail in stopping any thing from coming out. LOL Thing is will it be in time to stop him from being president? My husband said “the libs have complained about Bush not being a legal president and now we will have a president who truly it not legal.” LOL
Exactly. So, I doubt if the Globe would have gone with this story without a nod from Hillary. Just as the Edwards story never would have seen the light of day without her approval.
Of course she has deniability, and it would be somewhat embarrassing if Obama attacked her for undermining him just as he’s make her Queen of the State Department. Or, for that matter, if he even took notice of this.

The sheeple are the ones who refuse to believe something isn’t quite right. Its looking more and more like its the MSM and the ones who continually say drop it, there’s nothing here who are wearing the tin-foil hats.
