Last night Ed Hale presented the (heretofore, unseen) divorce decree on Plains Radio between Obama's mother and Obama Sr ( her FIRST marriage).
The key bonus in this was the revelation of the specific version of her name in the decree, Stanley Ann D. Obama.
Using this precise name variation ( the abbreviated, initial "D" --instead of 'Dunham', was the cipher that broke open the search), they are claiming to have now located a POE (Port of Entry ) document that Obama's mother provided when she returned to the US with her son--soon after Obama's birth, (allegedly in Kenya).
The POE allegedly includes Obama's birth information/certificate ( British Kenya) as required for entry. Stay tuned for events...see other comments below. -------------------------------------------------- DesertVet Newbie

No secret I've been highly skeptical on this whole ordeal. I'm now beginning to think this could very well lead the way to the smoking gun. Until this document she has only been known as "Dunham", no where in public records has Obama's Mothers name read as it does on this divorce decree. I believe the "D" being abreviated has allowed them to locate her records. This has led them to a "port of entry" birth certificate for Barack Obama. She submitted this POE certificate when she came back to the US, and the fact that there is a POE Certificate...proves that he was indeed born out of the country.
This would mean that Obama has never been through Immigration & Naturalization Services in his life, he became a citizen of Indonesia, and never applied for a U.S. passport. If this is the case, then he's not even a citizen, let alone a natural born citizen.
I'm not 100% certain on my assertion of above take on this document issue, but I think it is HIGHLY plausible. I'm still not ready to dance in the streets by any means yet (Yeah, I'm a tough sell). But I am quite intriguied at the moment. Couldn't say that earlier today.

I became convinced of that a while ago. Also uses a lot of copy/paste and sprinkles in the maniacal LOLs to make the commnents look sort of consistent.
There is one problem with the theory that Ann went to Kenya and that problem is the fact that NO doctor would give a pregnant woman the needed immunizations required for a trip to Kenya!

SHe was just about to or had just entered college....I had to have my shots brought up to date before I was accepted....Which was ironic cause I already had complete two years of course work....
Maybe she waited so late in the pregnancy because she was getting the medical clearance or was waiting on a passport. Remember things were VERY different WAY back then.

I agree with you. This divorce decree is far from “nothing”, and antoher point I made on the “live” thread is that an unmarried American mother giving birth to a child on foreign soil still confers her citizenship to the child even if born to a foreigner (not sure how the age thing works in this case), but an American mother married to a foreign husband giving birth on foreign soil does NOT confer her citizenship upon said child. So, if indeed 0bama was born in Kenya, now that we know his parents were married, means (to me and someone correct me if I’m wrong) that unless he became naturalized at some point, he may not be a US citizen at all.
I do welcome any corrections, I want to be right, not cling to falsehood.
Someone would have to file an FOIA request to find out when she originally applied for a passport. We don’t even know that! I do know that my mother almost got caught in a similar situation, where if she had become pregnant with me she would have spent time cooling her heels away from my dad who had been posted overseas. Put it down to good timing that she became pregnant with me after her arrival overseas and after the birth of my older sister!

Being the son of a foreigner complicates things, since the married mother couldn’t “technically” pass on citizenship due to her age.
You are correct in that Ann and Sr being married makes all the difference as far as U.S. citizenship goes. If they were not married and Jr was born outside the U.S. he would be a bastard but he would be a U.S. citizen bastard as per laws enacted in 1935. If he were born outside the U.S. to married parents then the age requirement in effect at the time comes into play, so his mother was not old enough to automatically transfer U.S. citizenship to him.

I agree jeremiah. I have always tried to understand how Obama could do this to his daughters and the only answer is he is a sociopath and has no guilt.
