This city has a black female mayor (with one round eye glass & one square eye glass in her glasses for a cool fashion statement), a black city manager ,a black majority city commission ; school board, has had several black police chiefs and school superintendants this proves that racism is very strong in the city!
The city has alot of crime and when the Dayton Daily News reports on it they say white 6'3" 210 pounds or young "teen shooter" or someone was robbed by a group of "teens" description unstated.The city majority ethnic group wants to play identity politics and feels that they should be entitled to bread and circuses while businesses and movitated people flee.
The upside is the city has a strong charter school movement but the machine Dems and their civil rights agitator allies want to shut down the only option that might help these kids trapped in government schools which is the real reason why the majority minority candidates can't pass a civil service test to begin with.

I'm going to apply to be a brain surgeon. I'm not qualified, but it seems I might be able to score a few years of back pay with this technique. I wonder if I'll have to do this in "black face" to get the same consideration?
