| Sidebar Moderator,
Posted on 12/28/2008 6:04:38 PM PST by HollyButler
Dear sir, I am very sorry I posted this story and will reframe from posting any future stories as I did search under illegals and did not see said story being remitted and I certainly do not wish to have Sidebar Moderator displeased and/or upset with me and feel it's better to discontinue posting any future stories when it requires an extensive serach over hundereds of sections. I am very sorry to of caused you problems and will be reframing from posting future stories, this will leave you one less person to double check any story that could be listed any where in any section.Again I am sincerely sorry and thank you for your time.Yours truely, Holly.Have a hapy life.

Have you seen those stone posts they have out in Kansas? theyre pretty neat. They're called "post rock"...and most of those you might see in NW Kansas have been there for about 140 years.
Confronted with a near-treeless land and a need for fences of some sort, the early settlers discovered "post rock" -- a form of moist clay that could be flensed (as from the side of a whale) from the northern slope of certain hills.
The "post rock" could then be set in the ground and fence staples driven into it, so as to hold a strand of barbed wire. Within a week or so of exposure to the atmosphere, its consistency would turn from "plastic" to "rock".
Without post rock, NW Kansas, SW Nebraska and Eastern Colorado probably never would've been settled. The Post Rock Museum is in LaCrosse, KS -- which also has the world's largest collection of barbed wire.
When visiting this part of the country, it is wise to remember that the only thing separating you from the North Pole is...barbed wire.

Oh, Holly, honey. Get your little self back into school as quickly as you can, and stay there until you can tell the difference between “refrain” and “reframe”; or “truly” and “truely.” Have a sweet and happy life. Get married and have lots of babies (in that order), and forget about a career in journalism.

It sure looks like the only thread you’ve had locked ( today ) is the Child Maid thread ( which was posted about a bazillion times in no many minutes), which you posted an hour and a half after the first one.
I know sloppy seconds aren’t great, but sloppy 6ths ? at least you weren’t last, so you have that going for ya.
