If he was born in Hawaii, then something really embarrassing is on it.

The American people liked Monica Lewinski, and some must have envied their “Bill”’s extra “choices”. The American people don’t give a hoot about truth and justice and haven’t for a generation.

Probably worth noting that Donofrio conceded Obama was born in Hawaii in his case. He was going on some fruity theory about Obama being a British citizen (he also said McCain was ineligible as well).

>>>Short of a civil war this constitutional republic is as the Germans would say, KAPUTT....Finished.

There is one good thing accomplished: The Weimar Republic of the last sixteen years is history.

We will get our national socialism straight up with nothing to cover the taste.

I just hope the 52% Idiotcracy who voted for this creature named Obama enjoy the plunge into darkness, poverty and tyranny.<<<

Unfortunately I agree with you; but perhaps a civil war might not be necessary; I still have some hope that things may turn around, especially if/when other SHTF and 0bama has a total quivering meltdown, maybe turning to crack or something. At the very least, completely unable to govern or make any sense under say, nuke attack, world war, terrorist attacks, pandemic, total financial and economic meltdown, etc.

I did not read anything about “presumption” and since when is a presummed to be anything without due examination and legal information to verify a fact in a case?

The issue at hand has not been settled. The better cases take longer to prepare, and some startling historical information has just been unearthed and needs a little processing time. The issue is more complicated than most people realize, and presenting a proper case to the Supreme Court has yet to occur. What the Court did today is not necessarily bad; actually, I think it’s a good thing they gave the order they did because the case is misguided ... but something better is coming. Give it time.

Turns out that President Chester Arthur faced exactly the same problem: his qualification for President was challenged pursuant to a circumstantially questionable birth certificate. A great deal of fuss was made over it, which turned out to be no big deal - much as O’s may very well be. Incredibly, all that furor overlooked a related issue: Chester went to great lengths to conceal his father’s citizenship chronology, which very well could have resulted in his disqualification. O’s is the same: factcheck.org has admitted that O’s father was a British citizen, which may very well render O himself ineligible - an issue which has not been properly & widely addressed (due to the BC hysteria) but which IS winding its way to SCOTUS and may very well disqualify him.

Patience, friend. Eligibility requirements DO matter, though sometimes it takes time to sort them out. We have up to 8 years to address this matter, which methinks will be resolved one way or another much earlier.

The Gov is a friend of Palin, she introduced her at the GOP convention.

Doesn't mean she's not a RINO, just means she has an acquaintance with Palin. Not too many female Republican Governors. They probably hang out together at the conventions and meetings. I hang out with my peers on my faculty when we go to seminars. I disagree with each and every one of their political opinions but we still sit and eat together at these meetings out of familiarity. We get along, too. For the most part. I don't have anything to say to the avowed communists, but we're still civil.

Yes.

Ain’t that the truth. If Republicans don’t like the tilt of the court they only have themselves to blame.

Between Ford with Stevens and GHWB with Souter, they may as well have just let the DNC make their SCOTUS appointments for them. Say what you want about GWB, but at least he nominated two conservatives to the bench.

And I can see your point about the Bush stole the election crap. I really can!

But the problem is that we know virtually nothing about this man except what he has chosen to put in a book and even that can’t be verified!

At what point do you just stop taking someone’s word who has “friends” like Wright, Ayers, etc...? It would seem that the technicality is a pretty big one if he isn’t eligible and refuses, as many other things, to show information on himself!

"The republican party is split up into two, three, four different factions. The dimocrats are one party, with one mind set, liberalism....

The republicans had the game won, had the ball in their hands, were driving down the field, and the quarterback, George W. Bush, fumbled his hand off and the liberals recovered and drove for the winning TD....So, the republicans have lost the game, lost the season, and probably lost for several seasons."

The so-called "Republican Party" has clearly been hijacked. The GOP had not only won "the game by 2004," but was in a position to completely bury the Democrat Party. However, we quickly discovered:

a.) Bush has been nothing but an elitist New World Order stooge

b.) RINOs are nothing but neocon/Dem-in-Drag globalist NWOers.

c.) RINOs and Dems are on the same "team" while all that talk of Dubya's "Strategery" = Back-Stabbing agenda.

d.) Far too many "Republicans" - even so-called "conservatives - are sell-outs

e.) You are correct; The GOP is splintered (purposely) while the Democrat Party is a "unified hand" - as in a fist.

You know it really is too bad that Arnold is an Obama-loving, democrat at heart. If he were really on our side he would announce his candidacy for President/2012 early since the natural born clause is only a suggestion not a requirement now.

And no, I would not vote for him. I only for for natural born citizens.

C-SPAN only covers a small fraction of NPC events. Any Tom, Dick or Harry can rent a room at the NPC, so holding a press conference there doesn’t automatically mean that it’s worthy of coverage. There was one such “press conference” on the supposed NASA cover-up of alien artifacts of the Moon just last year. Not surprisingly, that one didn’t make it on to any of the C-SPAN channels.

Yep. Anyone who thought the birth certificate thing was going anywhere was positively looney. It's the same crowd that barked for years in the 1990s, "If the people only KNOW x, y, z about Clinton, they'll impeach him/throw him out/his popularity will fall." Nope.

The voters know all they want about Obama.

It is now time to get serious in the fight against his POLICIES.

Regardless of how everyone seems to be reacting to your comment here, you're absolutely right. The people reacting to your comment with cynicism and sarcasm are just sad that their puny little pet issue is dying before their eyes.

You're also spot-on with the Clinton comparison. If we can't beat these people on their policies, we don't deserve to win. Once the voters have decided, we need to start fighting against policy choices via the House and Senate.
