too bad
The “natural born citizen” requirement is now another Constitutional dead letter.
What I want is for SCOTUS to decide if a candidate cheated. If that candidate cheated, as far as I'm concerned, they already dicided the election themselves prior to the vote.

“As to the birth certificate, Hillary checked this in January (remember the State workers fired for looking in the files) and presumably came up with nothing. “
I suspect both hillary and the mccain campaigns probably know exactly what his BC said/was, but I do NOT think the mccain campaign could every have used this if he was not born in hawaii, the media would in turn have crucified mccain for being born in panama (not the canal zone) and essentially depicted the issue as one of moral equivalence.
As I said elsewhere.......
Great. Now nutroots on the right are as apoplectic about the SCOTUS decision IRT OHB as the nutroots on the left were about Bush v. Gore.
Time to by stock in the companies that produce Paxil, Zolof, etc, etc.
I agree. Just read the new case here in Washington State. Brings up the Soetoro divorce case which mentions two children indicating that Soetoro did indeed adopt Barry and that Barry never legally changed his name to BHO. It makes some other very interesting points. Each suit I read gets stronger and stronger. And, ever since November 4th, BO just looks sicker and sicker. He knows the clock is ticking on something.
Only thing worse then an OBot is people who say “I told you so.”
Well heck, why don’t we just throw out the whole Constitution. Hey fella, we’re moving right on to communism. I guess that’s no big deal with you.
My question to you is this, is there anything about the Constitution you are willing to fight for?
What I want is for SCOTUS to decide if a candidate cheated.

Actually an excellent way to put it.
Donofrio said numerous times his paperwork was sloppy because he was so rushed. I still think the NBC issue is not dead.
Each NEW case learns from the last. Unfortunately, 15 December rapidly approaches...
Good to have Ron Paul and three Electors part of the Keyes case.
Also, there’s still a massive push to get Electors to demand further verification on the BC issue
This rejection by the Supreme Court is further evidence that Obama and the powers behind him can do anything or take any action they want without consequences.
Your name, at this point, seems far more nutty then anyone who questions the birth certificate/citizenship issue.
During the Clarence Thomas hearings, I upset some Democrats when I told them "I do not believe any of Anita Hill's charges. And even if I was convinced that EVERY SINGLE ONE of her charges were proven true, I would still support Clarence Thomas, because I want somebody of his ideology on the Supreme Court."
The people who voted for him DO NOT CARE. They want a Democrat running the US and pushing the Dem agenda. They do not care about something they probably consider an arcane technicality.
Put another way, if they cared about a strict observance of the Constitution, then they would be Republicans.
I feel like kicking a hole through the wall.
There job is not to investigate, that is the job of the accuser; to bring the evidence before them.
If you want off the “THIS ISSUE IS A DEAD HORSE” ping list let me know ....
How are they different than this one? Why will they have any better chance of getting a hearing?
Remember this is all about standing. Do any of the 15 plaintiffs have a better claim for standing?
With a President with dual loyalties will come his policies. If you think that you will be successful in contesting his policies without first contesting his eligibility to implement those policies, you have rude awakening ahead of you.
No surprise here.
