Let me first start by saying I recieved a phonecall from Attorney Dr. Orly Taitz who will be in Washington, DC Monday December the 8th to file papers about her lawsuit which involves Barack Obama and his birth certificate...
On December 2nd a Petition for an extraordinary Writ of Mandamus was filed in the Supreme Court of California. This petition (as seen in the attachment) states that Mr. Obama has not proven his "natural born citizen" status and cannot be sworn as a president of the United States and the commander in Chief. There are 7 plaintiffs in this case and they include Vice Presidential candidate for Ron Paul, on the ballot in CA, Ms Gail Lightfoot, 4 electors and two registered voters...
A number of plaintiffs in this action are veterans and former servicemen, that are concerned about a prospect of Mr Obama becoming the Commander in Chief of the US army, without providing any information, as to his citizenship at birth and currently, particularly citizenship of Indonesia, Kenya and Great Britain (Kenya was a British colony in 1961, at the time of Mr. Obama's birth) without providing his immigration records, passports or even as much as the original birth certificate from Hawaii, that is supposed to show the name of the hospital and the name and the signature of the doctor, that can be verified against the vital records from the hospital, Within two days of filing on Friday 12.05.08. at 9:45 PM, the Supreme court of California has issued a denial, that will allow the attorney on the case, Ms. Orly Taitz, an Application for Emergency Stay in the Supreme Court of the United States as early as Monday, the 8Th of December. The case will be reviewed by the Supreme Court Judge Anthony Kennedy...

It’s such a bizarre and inexplicable situation that it has to be that he is in fact ineligible. I know my teenagers can’t apply for a damned driver’s license without one. I can only surmise that it is being done this way by the lefties to make a very clear lesson to the rest of the county: we control the mobs and those mobs will “go jihad” in your streets and towns if you dare try to enforce this very basic constitutional provision. Thus, they are saying “WE are the law because WE have the mobs”. If that is allowed to stand, America is finished.
I don't believe so. As many other articles posted here have pointed out, the plaintiff must have "legal standing." Apparently, merely being a defrauded American doesn't fill the bill.

At this point, with zero knowing there are lots of questions involving his eligibility, even if he produces his bc now,he has ATTEMPTED to deceive us.He should have brought out his legitimate copy when Mc.Cain did.
Do we have to accept a president who has willingly put a FAKE birth certificate up as his proof of eligibility,Whether or not he has the legitimate original bc is starting to become the lesser of the offences, IMHO.

What the heck is wrong with Michelle? If she didn’t agree with the birth certificate lawsuits, she should have just kept her mouth shut and NOT have insulted us. She just did herself a grave disservice.

The Highway idea is stupid... Obama is trying to use the same techniques used in the 50’s but DOH!! We already cleared the forests, cut through the mountains, filled in the earth and leveled the roads from sea to shining sea, In other words We have highways and interstates. This would have been like JFK saying he wanted to build the railroads.

Are the electors bound or unbound in CA by state law as to voting for the state winner? I saw a list the other day but don’t remember.
One is thus -- that those persons well-established as pundits, in the punditry class, are against these challenges and are very quick to label and defame those who stand up to challenge, and those who speak up up in question of Obama's eligibility. The more well-established as a name, as a brand of punditry -- the more likely one is almost totally ignore the issue, and the more likely when speaking of it to immediately resort to the most vile and prejudicial name-calling and mocking.
If this were a republican in this situation, the news shows and MSM news papers would be bold front page headlines, screaming for an investigation. But, it being a Marxists, then you see nothing.
Gail Lightfoot was Ron Paul’s V.P. Candidate. There rest of the petitioners include electors for Ron Paul and Chuck Baldwin :)
