Let me first start by saying I recieved a phonecall from Attorney Dr. Orly Taitz who will be in Washington, DC Monday December the 8th to file papers about her lawsuit which involves Barack Obama and his birth certificate...

On December 2nd a Petition for an extraordinary Writ of Mandamus was filed in the Supreme Court of California. This petition (as seen in the attachment) states that Mr. Obama has not proven his "natural born citizen" status and cannot be sworn as a president of the United States and the commander in Chief. There are 7 plaintiffs in this case and they include Vice Presidential candidate for Ron Paul, on the ballot in CA, Ms Gail Lightfoot, 4 electors and two registered voters...

A number of plaintiffs in this action are veterans and former servicemen, that are concerned about a prospect of Mr Obama becoming the Commander in Chief of the US army, without providing any information, as to his citizenship at birth and currently, particularly citizenship of Indonesia, Kenya and Great Britain (Kenya was a British colony in 1961, at the time of Mr. Obama's birth) without providing his immigration records, passports or even as much as the original birth certificate from Hawaii, that is supposed to show the name of the hospital and the name and the signature of the doctor, that can be verified against the vital records from the hospital, Within two days of filing on Friday 12.05.08. at 9:45 PM, the Supreme court of California has issued a denial, that will allow the attorney on the case, Ms. Orly Taitz, an Application for Emergency Stay in the Supreme Court of the United States as early as Monday, the 8Th of December. The case will be reviewed by the Supreme Court Judge Anthony Kennedy...

Obama has only shown us his REGISTRATION..... NOT the Certificate of Origin, has anybody ever bought a car, truck, boat, bike legally without having the the Certificate of Origin or commonly known as the Pink Slip? This is in a direct comparison of what Obama refuses to display, legally America would be performing an illegal purchase based upon transference of ONLY the registration. So where is Obamas Pink Slip?

I'm not spinning for anyone, dude. My interest is in the truth, an interest I've pursued for a lifetime with varying degrees of success.

I don't like Obama, didn't vote for him, and anticipate with dread the policies and initiatives his administration will likely impose on the American people.

But I find the attacks on him concerning his birthplace totally unconvincing, which is why I strongly counsel conservatives to let it go.

This is what has everybody confused, they think from what they see posted is a form of Obamas birth, they are only seeing his registered form, not his *Title*, there is essentially the same thing here because of what Hawaii did back then. Say I bought my truck in Texas and I moved to Nevada, I would get a ticket if I kept my Texas plates on and of course if the tag expired so by law I needed to change my registration to where the vehicle was used, this does not change my Title which shows where and who I bought it from. Obamas mother REGISTERED him in Hawaii.

A vehicle registration alone is insufficient to transfer ownership though I think there may be a state or two that do allow that but for the most part legally you do not own a vehicle unless you have the Pink Slip.

Since Obama is unwilling to display his “Pink Slip” to those that support him he cannot legally hold any office.

America will be esentially be buying a hot car.

Pakistan had restriction upon American passports in 1981. But trying to turn it around as America restricted travel to Pakistan, to fit the strawman argument that no restriction existed, is quite telling ...

Telling of what, exactly?

I have many friends who regularly traveled to and from Pakistan from 1975-1985 while engaged in medical research. While there, they could stay from 1-2 years.

Naturally, they needed visas, and that has always been true.

I have repeatedly challenged the "Americans not allowed to travel to Pakistan, so Obama must not be an American" story, and every answer contains some stupid smear about my motives.

THE STORY ABOUT AMERICANS NOT BEING ALLOWED IN PAKISTAN IN 1981 IS A LIE UNTIL PROVEN OTHERWISE.

Please provide a reference, or a citation, or something other than assertions and veiled accusations against me.
