Let me first start by saying I recieved a phonecall from Attorney Dr. Orly Taitz who will be in Washington, DC Monday December the 8th to file papers about her lawsuit which involves Barack Obama and his birth certificate...
On December 2nd a Petition for an extraordinary Writ of Mandamus was filed in the Supreme Court of California. This petition (as seen in the attachment) states that Mr. Obama has not proven his "natural born citizen" status and cannot be sworn as a president of the United States and the commander in Chief. There are 7 plaintiffs in this case and they include Vice Presidential candidate for Ron Paul, on the ballot in CA, Ms Gail Lightfoot, 4 electors and two registered voters...
A number of plaintiffs in this action are veterans and former servicemen, that are concerned about a prospect of Mr Obama becoming the Commander in Chief of the US army, without providing any information, as to his citizenship at birth and currently, particularly citizenship of Indonesia, Kenya and Great Britain (Kenya was a British colony in 1961, at the time of Mr. Obama's birth) without providing his immigration records, passports or even as much as the original birth certificate from Hawaii, that is supposed to show the name of the hospital and the name and the signature of the doctor, that can be verified against the vital records from the hospital, Within two days of filing on Friday 12.05.08. at 9:45 PM, the Supreme court of California has issued a denial, that will allow the attorney on the case, Ms. Orly Taitz, an Application for Emergency Stay in the Supreme Court of the United States as early as Monday, the 8Th of December. The case will be reviewed by the Supreme Court Judge Anthony Kennedy...

I just did my name. My date of birth was correct, however, the town where I was born was not. It listed a town I haven’t lived in for over 6 years. I didn’t even grow up in the town they listed, just lived there almost 4 years.
See post #89. If those records are accurate ( it says their database is culled from government records ) then that puts doubt on the paper announcement
The problem, so far as I understand it, is that he provided the short form. Hawaii, for whatever reason, doesn’t give you the long form when you request a birth certificate.
I think we need to be very careful about this.

They are probably the same as 1961 or very similar, but note some of the requirements on them:
1. Place of birth – City, town, or rural location
2. Island
3. Residence of mother
4. Name of Hospital
5. Signature of attendent (MD, D.O. Midwife, other)
6. Signature of parent of other informant.
You may have to copy this to word or some other and blow it up a little to read the small print.

Perhaps I should have said, “Lingle or some member of her administration.” I’m sure you’re not denying that Hawaiian bureaucrats have stated the document has been examined and verified. Hawaii is precluded by law from releasing it without the consent of the party to whom it pertains, in this case Barack Obama. But numerous media accounts reported weeks ago that the document exists and has been examined.
Why would Barack Obama Sr. deny his son American citizenship? Do immigrants commonly have their children born in the country they fled, rather than in the Shining City on a Hill in which they aspired for themselves and their families to make a good life for generations to come?
Obama may be playing a game of sucker with his enemies, delighting in the fervor with which they pursue a nonsense issue. When the time is right, he’ll reveal the document, his enemies left with egg on their face.
Just going by mine, I kind of did verify it. Seems like a “data base” where they have some info, certainly not the place of birth.

I agree that we must use caution, but in fact We The People ARE BEING DEFRAUDED by a man seeking to be hired as the president! It is a real possibility that he has shown divided loyalties via the documents he has hidden from the nation. Such divided loyalties were exactly why the framers posed the Constitutional requirements for POTUS, the very requirements this little Chicago squirrel are trying to by-pass as an affirmative action hire.

No. barrys grandparents were living in Hawaii at the time of the birth. Either Anne could have put in the announcement for her parents, or barrys grandparents did because they were proud grandparents. No conspiracy there. No proof barry was born in Hawaii either.
Does that prove I was born in MS?
