Well, the CIA and related organizations in the late fifties and sixties had plenty of nuts. Those James Bond plots did not come from nothing. Take the LSD testing, take Kwanzaa. But this is really stretching credulity.

And it is too long a duration of an orphaned thing to have sustained. As Obama said -- his mom was in the hospital late in life trying to figure out how to argue for insurance coverage for her disease. That's not something federal bureaucrats worry about.
