God didn't have sex with Mary ! He made her pregnant. The Bible doesn't say much about the particular method. I'm pretty sure the word "father" involves intercourse with the "mother" by definition. Of course Christians, particularly Catholics see sex as dirty, so they have interpreted the Bible story to mean magic pregnancy even though earlier chapters talk about immortals having sex with the daughters of man.
