Parents and grandparents will routinely place a birth announcement in their local paper even if the kid is born in Antarctica. It proves nada.

Campaigns & Elections magazine defines astroturf as a “grassroots program that involves the instant manufacturing of public support for a point of view in which either uninformed activists are recruited or means of deception are used to recruit them.”
Axelrod, along with Trippi, is Obama Commander of the Internet Army.

I have an esoteric question along those lines:
In a crimnal case, can the court trying a case subpoena such a document and get it? ... I think they can, and the potential for lawsuits and crimnal cases challenging Obama's eligibility to even be president based on Constitutional requirements would then be a massive disaster for the legal system and the courts, not to mention a devastating embarrassment for the SCOTUS that they kicked this disaster waiting to happen on down the road!

"Not likely they will even waste their time considering the case." You're making assertions but I can't understand what the basis for your assertions is.
Are you claiming that the Supreme Court won't "waste its time" because Obama IS a natural born citizen, or because the Supreme Court will simply nullify the requirement?
Isn't it pretty obvious that Thomas doesn't think it would be a waste of time? Why else would he consider a petition that has already been refused by Souter(?).

Yes, please keep believing this is all about the birth certificate.
Then when you Obots realize that there's dozens of cases that are meandering through the court system at this time, quietly being constructed to challenge SOSs, EC delegates, and state party chairmen; some from military personnel, others by ED delegations, still others by state officials themselves, realizing existing statute does not provide for verification of eligibility requirements, while also calling for action in the "natural born citizen" and "dual citizenship" issues ....
The Obot tone and talking points will change to something like:
"Those are just a bunch of tin-foil hat wearing right wingers, sore about their guy losing." OR
"The economy is too weak to handle the drama of ordering a new election." OR
"The Constitution is was written by people 200-plus years ago. The 'term of art' of 'natural born citizen' is obsolete in the 21st century." OR
"There will be riots if the election is overturned."
... but ultimately when the Obots realize there's MORE people who care about the Rule of Law and upholding the Constitution, than Obots who seem to only care about having their guy "WIN" (like it's a football game), the Obots will be left with the only reaction they can muster:

Actually they can sort of do that now Under this section of Hawaii Law:
§338-18 Disclosure of records.
(a) To protect the integrity of vital statistics records, to ensure their proper use, and to ensure the efficient and proper administration of the vital statistics system, it shall be unlawful for any person to permit inspection of, or to disclose information contained in vital statistics records, or to copy or issue a copy of all or part of any such record, except as authorized by this part or by rules adopted by the department of health.
(g) The department shall not issue a verification in lieu of a certified copy of any such record, or any part thereof, unless it is satisfied that the applicant requesting a verification is:
(4) A private or government attorney who seeks to confirm information about a vital event relating to any such record which was acquired during the course of or for purposes of legal proceedings;
Now they wouldn't get the actual birth certificate, but they could ask for verification of the data. If they ask the right questions, it is in effect the same thing. For example, Is his place of birth listed as Hawaii ? But even that may not show anything if that field would show Hawaii ( being it was the mothers residence ). There would be supporting documentation to that effect. They could ask: Is there an entry in field 23 ( Evidence for Delayed Filing ). Also an easy question is. Is the race under the Father "African". If they say no, then it proves the COLB is a forgery and he is guilty of wire fraud.

Oh... okay. I know how to do that as well. Only some of the people here are not very good at it. You have to presume most of your story is aligned with your target and have only the relevant part undermined by a skill demonstration. Will start visiting other sites.
Thanks.

Is that because you believe that Obama is a natural born citizen, or because you believe that the Court will ignore his foreign birth? Just which Justices will decide that the clear mandate in the Constitution is to be ignored?
1) No idea. 2) Will ignore anything that would cause riots. 3) Most of them.
If the requirement regarding citizenship is susceptible to Supreme Court nullification, then why can't the Supreme Court simply nullify the requirement for a majority of electoral college votes? Let's have the Supreme Court declare McCain the winner; after all, the requirement for a majority is just one of those "living Constitution" provisions that is obviously outdated.
Sure, go ahead if you can get it.

Yeah, that would work if the opponents put up a candidate that gets the nomination because "it is his turn", who really won't stand for their core principles, who is a poor campaigner, who is unwilling to engage in the fight, who will keep zig-zagging reacting to issues rather than having a consistent philosophy and stay on message, and who will vote for something 95% of his own party hates during the middle of the campaign.
But I would not count on the opponents doing that despite past history and might try something a little more thought out.

The court has a duty to rule on what constitutes a
natural born citizen regardless of Obama being installed as POTUS.
This is an event that is capable of recurrence so judicial revue is merited.
SCOTUS doesn't have to issue an injunction, although it can, but what it can do is issue a ruling on whether he is a natural born citizen or not!
What that would mean would be that the court felt that the remedy didn't want to upset the will of the people, but it has to make it known that Obama is ineligible under the Constitution.
The mere issuance of such a finding would be deafening for the BHO administration.
His illegitimacy would open him up for attack during his term when things go wrong, and also should he seek reelection.

I announced my grandson’s birth last month in my local papaer as my daughter grew up here. He, however, was born hundreds of miles from here.

Donofrio is asserting that Zero IS a U.S. citizen, but not a NATURAL Born citizen. Explain this, please. There are only 2 types of US citizens, natural born and naturalized. Obama certainly never went through the naturalization process.
Zero himself has said that he was a British citizen at birth.
Citation please. I doubt this very much.

That’s assuming its even genuine, and there is a high probability that it isn’t.

A lot of people dismiss because it doesnt say where he was born. ...and others dismiss it because the address is not one that any Obama/Dunham family member ever lived at.
Come to think of it, has any one checked out Frank Marshall Davis' Hawaiian addresses at the time?

All you do is comment on people’s behaviour and insults to you. I haven’t once seen you respond to the substance of their comments. It gives me a real sense of deja vu for the global warming cultists who don’t have any argument so spend their time personally attacking their critics.

Do you have any links regarding the address not being where the Dunham’s lived. That’s very interesting.
