Congratulations!
You were the 100th post.
Just goes to show that this birth certificate issue is hot.
But it is silly nevertheless, IMHO.

Who else knows the real story ?

Granny probably did but she recently died.

Real story is why Obama’s people are spending so much $$ on lawyers fighting all these suits.

He’s surely hiding something.

Why release the document to a webhosting closely connected org which has been recipient of millions from Obama’s Annenberg board tenure, and not post it with the national elections board or even the DNC? Peddle that crap somewhere else. Axelrod would be please that you used the ploy, however. I’m sure those web connections aren’t cheap for the Obamanoid squad. And ya know what, now Freepers will do background on Politifact.com I will bet you a cup of Starbucks that either Soros or another socialist/marxist anti-american funding source is behind them. Might even be connected directly to David Axelrod and his astroturfing works.

No I have not wondered why the document was released to a co-conspirator organization. It obvious, in sales we call this defer to a higher authority, lending greater authority to a document you present, the choices and conditions. “Hey don’t blame me this source has... blah, blah, blah.”

Factcheck is “obviously” a participant in this scam “with no dog in this fight”.

I use to have a customer that purposely named their company so it sounded like it came from the government and was working in your best interest. This, even though there was not such entity within the governemt. They never talked about it and presented governmetn literature to support their sales pitch.

Kinda, like inventing an “Office of the President Elect” complete with a plaque that more similar than dissimilar to a genuine Presidential Seal. Then to present more authority and present a false premise that cannot exist until December 15, you have 6 or 7 press conferences and answer questions from “your favorite reporters”.

If you don’t know any better and have only a 3rd grade education you think, hey “The President Elect” is on the job! Boy, I feel better, Change is coming. Cept’ there is no such thing an office of the president elect and it derivive ZERO authority to do anything.

But, never mind that, the president elect has been calling world leaders to discuss this and that and hopes the congress will act post to clean up the mess they caused.

Thanks for giving me the excercise.

He may very well be, in direct opposition with very open questions regarding his background. I question hime because mine is similar but verifiable.

If he somehow becomes President, fine we now move to the standard fight of idealogy.

Would you trade him for Biden? I would be satisfied with that.

Arkinsaw said: "I am not opposed to the matter being taken to court to be explored.
But I shake my head at the number of people here who actually think that it is going to result in Obama not being allowed to take office. "

Is that because you believe that Obama is a natural born citizen, or because you believe that the Court will ignore his foreign birth? Just which Justices will decide that the clear mandate in the Constitution is to be ignored?

If the requirement regarding citizenship is susceptible to Supreme Court nullification, then why can't the Supreme Court simply nullify the requirement for a majority of electoral college votes? Let's have the Supreme Court declare McCain the winner; after all, the requirement for a majority is just one of those "living Constitution" provisions that is obviously outdated.

You don't believe that the Obots are using it to prove he is a natural born citizen?

You are not making sense.

The State of Hawaii has authenticated his original birth certificate that the Governor has now put under seal. I take them at their word that it is "authentic".

The COLB touted by 0bama's website is a FORGERY, but that is not the document that The State of Hawaii has authenticated, so it is irrelevant in terms of establishing his eligiblity to serve.

Although 0bama's birth certificate (the one under seal) is authentic, it doesn't necessarily follow that he was born in Hawaii, and therefore, although he has an "authentic" birth certificate he may still not be a "natural born citizen" and would therefore be ineligible to serve as President.

Have you now got it?

What makes it "silly"? Is that because you believe Obama is a natural born citizen? Or is it that you believe that the Supreme Court will nullify the requirement?

If the Supreme Court finds Obama ineligible, "silly" is not one of the words I would think could be applied to the outcome.

Can you find text of Gov. saying that or head of HHS—from what I read, it was noted that the Birth Certificate is on file; not that he was born in Hawaii.
