DONOFRIO IS SAYING OBAMA CANNOT BE A "NATURAL BORN CITIZEN," BECAUSE HIS FATHER WAS A BRITISH CITIZEN AT THE TIME OF OBAMA'S BIRTH.

Really? Prove it. How hard can it be to simply put the matter to rest with the proper document? By withholding proof, Obama is forcing all these different people to to spend who knows how much money and time on something he could clear up in a minute.

The longer this continues, the more it looks like he truly is not qualified to be POTUS and not just by birth. No matter how this ends, he has shown his lack of character and is not a man worthy of respect, nor the office of President. He cannot be trusted nor counted upon to do the right things on behalf of We, The People.

Factually incorrect. A natural born citizen is anyone born within the United States. How do I know? Because I'm a natural born citizen and when I was born neither of my parents were citizens. I've done all the legal footwork on this. It's a fact.

This entire “Obama is not a natural born citizen” episode is very silly. Sure he could have stopped it early on but I think he's enjoying the sight of a bunch of people make fools of themselves.

My parents or one parent were/was born in Virginia. My mother, pregnant with me, is visiting in Ireland where she goes into labor and I am born in a hostpital in Galway City. We return to the U.S. a few weeks later. Am I eligible to one day run for POTUS?

This case is coming before the court so they won't have to hear a case questioning the "fact" that Obama was actually born on U.S. soil. This is ass-covering time for the court. With it, they can dismiss, and the media can say that "the supreme Court has rejected all arguments against Obama's citizenship". Obama is going to be president, whether he's Constitutionally qualified for the office, or not.

Andrew Jackson was the son of two parents who were not born on U.S. soil. Five other presidents (Thomas Jefferson, James Buchanan, Chester Arthur, Woodrow Wilson, Herbert Hoover) each had one parent not born on U.S. soil. Obama would be the sixth president to have one parent not born on U.S. soil.

This "natural born = both parents born on U.S. soil" argument is completely bogus and fabricated and exists nowhere in the U.S. Constitution.

Obama was born on August 4th, 1961.

Kenya declared independence from the U.K. on December 12th, 1963.

So at the time Obama was born, his father was a British citizen. "Natural Born" status requires that BOTH parents of a "natural born citizen" have to be U.S. Citizens at the time of the person's birth. "Natural Born" status is required to be sworn in as President.

Therefore Obama is disqualified. Which is why Leo Donofrio's case has legs.

Maybe posted elsewhere, but World Net Daily has posted a petition and is taking orders for letters to SCOTUS to consider hearing case till 12:00 Eastern Time.

There is no requirement that a “natural born” U.S. citizen have both parents be U.S. citizens or even to be born on U.S. soil or territory.

However it would be required that Obama be born to Stanley Dunham (his mother) on U.S. soil as his father was not a U.S. citizen and his mother was not old enough to automatically convey “natural born” status upon her son; if he were in fact born in a foreign nation.

Please get at least the basics correct or someone might think you have no idea what you are posting about.
