'Obama not U.S.-born' meme won't die

There are apparently still people who don't believe President-elect Barack Obama was born in Hawaii and hold therefore that he's ineligible to be president. And they are willing to spend time and money to make their case.

An anti-tax activist from upstate New York who is questioning whether President-elect Barack Obama is a "natural born citizen" eligible for the nation's top job said Tuesday that his non-profit group spent "tens of thousands of dollars" to get his message across in ads in the Chicago Tribune this week.

The only possibility involving even temporary removal of President-elect Obama would be to place Biden in the office of President on a temporary basis, until the Constitutional amendment process (which Biden would fully support) was carried out. Biden would take orders from Obama during this period, and the only difference from having Obama in office would be extreme political instability, crashing financial markets, and gleeful Islamic terrorists taking full advantage of the chaos.

Since the election hasn't happened yet this would not happen. If Obama is ruled ineligible then when the electors meet they will elect someone else, I highly suspect it would be Hillary. Likely they would also keep Biden.

If this is not settled prior to the electors meeting the election by the electors would be ruled void and the ELECTORS would have to vote again not the people.

I think it very unlikely that 3/4’s of the states would ratify the amendment to the constitution many are talking about.

I think Mr. Obama has caused a real crisis in our country and should be ashamed. He should provide proof of his “natural born” status or simply not accept the office if offered to him.

It is very unlikely that he is natural born. Every day he is willing to spend more money on hiding the facts make me more suspicious. His having announced two different hospitals he was born in doesn't help matters. The fact that neither of the hospitals have a record of his birth does not help. The fact that at one time he was an Indonesian citizen does not help. The fact that he never did the paperwork prior to his 18th birthday to renounce his Indonesian citizenship does not help. In fact because he never renounced his Indonesian citizenship he may not be a US citizen at all.

Some will say it is simply an oversight, just paperwork, just ignore it. Just ignore the law.

This will be the MOST DIFFICULT case that the SCOTUS has ever had to look at. I have no idea what they will do, they will be damned if they do and damned if they don't.

Half of the country will be angered by this no matter what happens when the truth comes out.

His original birth certificate is sealed - content unknown - could be a foreign born baby registration

His COLB, displayed on the web, is debunked as a crude forgery - That should raise a flag!

No hospital in Hawaii has any record of his birth that has been made public despite FOI requests.

No attending physician, alive or dead, has been identified.

And the article writer is surprised??

So you'd rather tear up the U.S. Constitution and keep a foreigner in office because to do otherwise would make some trouble and cause leftist crybabies to throw fits?

Have you ever read history? Ask the French how they did with a foreign born leader like Napoleon. Ask the Germans how they did with a foreign born leader like Hitler. The installation of a foreign born leader signifies the end of a country. This is not France, this is not Germany; this is the United States of America.

1. Obama still won't produce a REAL birth certificate.
2. Kenya's opressive socialist dictator pal of Obama has SEALED their Records.
3. Hawaii's supposedly GOP Governor has SEALED Hawaii's records of Obama (since they were already protected under privacy) WHY?
4. Three of the communist-run websites that are clearly Obama organizations, Factcheck, Fightthesmear, etc have produced DOCTORED and clear forgerys of Certificates of Live Birth. The evidence is pretty clear when the right tools are deployed to examine these documents.
5. Hawaii routinely issues COLB's for births, even though they didn't happen in the USA...or its state. A particularly apt example, Obama's own sister was born in Indonesia, yet she was issued a Hawaiian Certificate of Live Birth (COLB) essentially identical to the one Obama parades on the internet. Hence, the COLB, even if it were authentic, answers nothing as to "natural born American" eligibility status.
6. Obama's paternal grandmother asserts publicly still that she "was there in the delivery room, in Kenya, to see him born".
7. Obama's paternal half-siblings echo that he w as born in Kenya.
8. The evil socialist dictator of Kenya went so far as to have arrested Jerome Corsi holding a press conference on the subject in Kenya...and stole his reporter research and documentation.

Oh, you mean unhinged foil-hat-wearers LIKE HIS OWN FREAKIN' GRANDMOTHER WHO WAS ACTUALLY PRESENT WHEN HE WAS BORN -- IN KENYA??!!

I give her an entire MOUNTIAN RANGE more cred than I'll EVER give to the spatial void sometimes called "Obama."

And I could give a damn whether anyone participating in any of these lawsuits is ever proven RIGHT about the Birth Cert; somebody or another winning a particular lawsuit is NOT the issue.

No, the issue is "WHO'S LYING ABOUT THIS? The ZERO, or his Grandmother?" and what I want to see -- what I will accept as proof of the Senator's Constitutional eligibility to hold the Office of President -- is nothing less than LEGITIMATE DOCUMENTATION -- vetted by the Supreme Court of the United Statetes -- PROVING that Obama's grandmother is a liar!

Until then the ILL-D Senator remains a ZERO, and the United States has no Cosntitutionally legitimate President beyond 1/20/2009. Especially not THAT ONE.
