The only thing that they're hiding is the crucial vault copy of the supposed BO BC they have in their files.

Just about anyone who has been following this controversy knows that in 1961, Hawaii law would have given baby Barack's mother or maternal grandparent(s) the opportunity to register an out-of-state birth with Hawaii state authorities within a year after it occurred. That law in and of itself doesn't prove he was born in Hawaii, nor does it prove he was born anywhere else. But it is consistent with the scenario that he was born in Kenya, that his birth was later registered in Hawaii, and he doing everything he can possibly do to dodge the exposure of simple facts that make him constitutionally ineligible to be POTUS.

I grabbed this from the June 28, 2004 archive"The Certificate of Hawaiian Birth program was established in 1911, during the territorial era, to register a person born in Hawaii who was one year old or older and whose birth had not been previously registered in Hawaii. The Certificate of Hawaiian Birth Program was terminated in 1972, during the statehood era."

So how old was TheOne when he was registered?

"Any person to whom a Certificate of Hawaiian Birth has been issued may submit a request to amend an entry, including a legal change of name, on an existing Certificate."

I have one birth certificate. Funny how Obama has two! One from DailyKos and his website, and another one under seal in Hawaii. Are they both the same? Seems someone should ask Obama. If they are the same, why is he sealing one? If they are not the same, why is he hiding? And then he should be asked which birth certificate is is REAL ONE since he should only have ONE!

Would a Late Birth Certificate look the same as a Certificate of Live Birth?

Yes and no. The form would be the same, but there would be no doctor or hospital officials signature, and there would be some information about who provided the information concerning the birth. Either way the date and place of birth would be on the certificate. Although either could have been falsified of course.

The document posted on the Daily Kos, which has pretty conclusively been shown to be a fake, is not a birth certificate. Instead, it's a secondary document known as a Certificate of Live Birth, which simply attests to the existence of a birth certificate.

As for why it was posted in the first place, the parties responsible apparently hoped it would quell the rumors about the Zero's birth, or at least muddy the waters. And this "sealing" business is apparently not something that the party at interest can do; rather, it's a safekeeping measure implemented by the civil authorities. We shall see. Maybe.

There is a distinct possibility that Obama never was an American citizen or lost his American citizenship in childhood when he became an Indonesian citizen and was never naturalized after that. In either case, he would be an undocumented alien!

I’ve read that a former INS agent has joined forces with Donofrio’s case. This man was present when Obama entered the United States in 1981 on his way to Columbia University.

Curious about this young black man with the slick manners, sophisticated American English and an Indonesian passport, he checked the INS files and found that the young man entered the country on a foreign student visa.

What happens in the Supreme Court should be very, very interesting.
