FReeper and Maryland Independent Party Chairman Steve Schulin reports on the completion of his mission to legally serve Obama and Biden on behalf of the Keyes California lawsuit which seeks to force the release of Obama's birth certificate:
"It was another beautiful day in Washington, and service attempt #3 was successfully completed. The papers have been served at the offices of Barack Obama and Joe Biden.
One of the fellows at Sen. Biden's office who had seen me Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday was the one I chose to touch with the papers and say "You are served."
At one point in the followup conversation, he said "I hope they're paying you a lot of money." I smiled and told him "I'm a volunteer. This is a labor of love.""
Actually, it’s floorwalker Capt. Peacock who keeps asking people from within the store whether or not they are being served.

Alright boys and girls -- check any document you see with Obama's signature on it and send me a link to the form using FReepMail. You can send the page link or the document image link. Please be sure to identify the document.
If the Selective Service Registration form contains a forged signature, then Obama is in violation of the Selective Service Act. Penalties for Failure to Register for the Draft:
1. Men who do not register could be prosecuted and, if convicted, fined up to $250,000 and/or serve up to five years in prison. In addition, men who fail to register with Selective Service before turning age 26, even if not prosecuted, will become ineligible for:
2. Student Financial Aid -- including Pell Grants, College Work Study, Guaranteed Student/Plus Loans, and National Direct Student Loans.
3. U.S. Citizenship -- if the man first arrived in the U.S. before his 26th birthday.
4. Federal Job Training -- The Job Training Partnership Act (JTPA) offers programs that can train young men for jobs in auto mechanics and other skills. This program is only open to those men who register with Selective Service.
5. Federal Jobs -- men born after December 31, 1959 must be registered to be eligible for jobs in the Executive Branch* of the Federal government and the U.S. Postal Service.
In addition, several states have added additional penalties for those who fail to register.
* Last time I checked, the President is a member of the Executive Branch, and Obama was definitely born after 12/31/1959.
Then again, what if the Candidacy Form contains the forgery -- what would that mean?

No, the comment about money I took to be an attempt at insult rather than a threat. However, after the service was completed, I left Sen. Biden’s office, and was in the security entrance/exit area, the same fellow came up from behind me and slid the papers onto my legal pad holder. I did get the impression that he would have had me arrested or detained or somesuch if possible at this point. There were two Capitol policemen manning the security station right there. So I simply said to him, “You have been lawfully served. What you do with the legal papers after being served doesn’t change that.” I then pulled out my iPhone and asked one of the policeman, “Can I take a picture in here?” He said no, so I turned and left. I sat on the stairs nears the entrance to jot some notes and call to let the legal team know what happened, and it wasn’t long before one of the policemen came out to chat a bit. He was friendly enough, but I took his comment that “To serve legal papers, you have to go through the Sergeant-at-Arms” to mean that I wouldn’t be so welcome coming right back through the door, so I was quite glad to get a call back affirming that I had no need to do more inside the building than I had already done.
