FReeper and Maryland Independent Party Chairman Steve Schulin reports on the completion of his mission to legally serve Obama and Biden on behalf of the Keyes California lawsuit which seeks to force the release of Obama's birth certificate:
"It was another beautiful day in Washington, and service attempt #3 was successfully completed. The papers have been served at the offices of Barack Obama and Joe Biden.
One of the fellows at Sen. Biden's office who had seen me Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday was the one I chose to touch with the papers and say "You are served."
At one point in the followup conversation, he said "I hope they're paying you a lot of money." I smiled and told him "I'm a volunteer. This is a labor of love.""
The Maryland Independent Party is the State Affiliate of America's Independent Party, which was founded by FReepers in June, and is already the third-largest party in the country base on voter registrations.

I never understood why Biden would not urge Obama to come clean on the matter of his birth certificate. Doesn’t Biden want to be associated with a legitimate POTUS? I wonder if the subject was ever discussed between the two of them.

IMHO Biden might think the EC would name him as POTUS. Consider Joe to be holding a lottery ticket and he has his fingers crossed. Hmmm. Maybe that’s the real reason why he hasn’t relinquished his Senate seat yet?
“Plugs” figures if it turns out that the messiah was born in Kenya then he gets to be president. An office which the plagiarist could never be elected to on his own.
Good job! I have so much admiration for people here, Leo, Plains Radio, Kreep & Orly, and countless others who are actually doing something to defend the Constitution....just like our soldiers in uniform.

Maybe Biden is hoping that BO is disqualified after taking office and hopes to someone stay in as POTUS after BO is removed.

in so far as Amassador Keyes is concerned, does anyone know if there is there somewhere to contribute to a legal fund supporting his law suit?
