Monday, November 24 An open letter to Sarah Palin: Dear Governor — For the first time in eight years I feel a mixture of joy and anger in my heart.
Ms. Palin, I was angered by your inciting of violence at your rallies. It was appalling to hear cries of "traitor", "kill him", "terrorist" and the angry shouting of one man looking at the camera as he went into one of your rallies "Kill another baby, you bastard". And yet you said nothing to quell outcries. John McCain said he was 'proud' of the people who attended your rallies. This is the same John McCain I once respected and might have considered voting for in 2000.
And so, after eight years of an Administration that I have never been proud of, I feel joy and still can't believe that we have finally done the right thing and elected a person, whom, I feel, is highly intelligent and will pick responsible persons for his Cabinet and Administration. He will not be perfect — no president ever is, but I have faith in his ability and sense of what the country needs now and has needed for the last eight years.
As for Rush Limbaugh and Sean Hannity, you can shake hands with them — they do the same things on their radio shows as you did in your rallies.
Limbaugh spews hatred and vitriole almost every time he speaks. He lumps all Liberals together. We are just as different from one another as are the Conservatives. He won't bother me anymore, although I understand he is already at it again, criticizing President-Elect Obama. I feel that those who listen to him and agree with him probably never watch television shows in which there are opposing views offered. I think the format all of us should watch is a panel of Liberals and Conservatives discussing the issues and giving individual points of view. There are news shows on television that offer this format.
Governor Palin, I hope that you will become educated in government, geography and national policies before you consider running for office again. You could do so much good with your ability to speak directly to people, or you could become a conservative talk-show host, spreading hatred and intolerance to those who want to believe everything they hear without investigating the truth. I hope you will change your message to one of bringing people together, which is what Barack Obama did for our country.
There was concern that people who said they would vote for Obama would actually vote for McCain, thus mislead the polls. In reality, it appears that many who said they would vote for McCain voted for Obama. It was time to end the division of races and vote for one who wants the United States to once again be respected around the world.
Go to DU and Kos if he wants to complain. “kill F’n Cheaney, Kill F’n Bush, Kill all the Right wing F’n Bast’ds.” Gotta love their double standards. When did the Conservatives do anything harmful? What a enormous Alpha Hotel this guy is.

No such cries were ever made -- people at the rallies have reinforced that fact and there are ZERO recordings to support his urban myth.
When you predicate your rant on a myth, the entire article falls of its own weight.

What changed about John McCain since 2000? The Democrats who voted for him the primaries in 2000 and again in 2008 finally saw him get the nomination and that was all they ever wanted out of McCain; to block out the conservatives in the party.
GW Bush may not have been an arch conservative but he was to the right of McCain.

The new show would be titled 'Newspeak.' The words used would have one meaning each, and there would be many fewer words so we are not burdened with extraneous thoughts.

There is more individuality among conservatives than liberals. Liberals accept the idea of socialism. Conservatives and libertarians believe in personal responsibility. Find you own solution.
The tolerance for "diversity" on the left is only there if you are "different like everybody else". You are not tolerated if you dissent from the worldview of damned intellectuals. This is what political correctness is all about, stifiling dissent.
Listen to Gore and Kennedy. If you dare question the myth of man made global climate change, then you are a heretic and a traitor (and YES RFK Jr. DID call us traitors to America based on the issue of global warming).
There is no tolerance for debate. Quit fooling yourself.
On the shows of which she speaks, liberals never honestly debate issues - they overtalk, they lie, they obfuscate what they believe. Those shows, therefore, are worthless.
It is fascinating how liberals continue to spew hatred, vitriol and lies about conservatives and then blame them for precisely what they themselves are doing. And when I say “fascinating”, I mean it in the forensic sense of trying to understand a behavioral pathology likely in time to lead to violence.
I wonder if Connie will read Ann Coulter’s book Guilty about liberal hate.

I recently had a long email argument back and forth with and Olbermann-loving moonbat. In one sentence this usually intelligent person said Limbaugh and Hannity should be shot and in another sentence talked about the (BARF) “rage” at the Palin rallies! Yeah, there was some rage, rage at the fact that someone was lying their way to the presidency with the help of the media.
Best outcome of the election: I haven’t visited an MSM website or TV news chanel since. Loving it.
