The California secretary of state should refuse to allow the state's 55 Electoral College votes to be cast in the 2008 presidential election until President-elect Barack Obama verifies his eligibility to hold the office, alleges a California court petition filed on behalf of former presidential candidate Alan Keyes and others.
The legal action today is just the latest is a series of challenges, some of which have gone as high as the U.S. Supreme Court, over the issue of Obama's status as a "natural-born citizen," a requirement set by the U.S. Constitution.
WND senior reporter Jerome Corsi even traveled to Kenya and Hawaii prior to the election to investigate issues surrounding Obama's birth. But his research and discoveries only raised more questions.
The biggest question is why Obama, if a Hawaii birth certificate exists, simply hasn't ordered it made available to settle the rumors.

You take all the time you need. When you’re ready, give one rational reason Obama wouldn’t just allow the certificate in question to be viewed by anyone who wants to see it.
And with the above, you've hinted at the answer to your own question.
Why would the untold hours & money have been spent, at the risk of tarnishing the $1T bullsh!t messiah image, merely to avoid the release of that particular bit of information, the nature of which is practically passè in today's societal climate, after the election's already been stolen ?
Especially given the monumental arrogance of the piece of sh!t, his narcissistic pathology would certainly assure him that his moronic followers would doubtless overlook such an 'insignificant' detail.

Besides, if they do present a birth certificate...I seriously doubt its validity or authenticity...
And even if there is proof that Obama is not eligible to hold the office of President...It won’t matter...No one will tell him so...

The constitution is strong. One (more)lying president won’t weaken it, if this is true.
If this has legs, if it is true, it will come out. I am the eternal optimist. Contrarily, I have enough faith in the inherent selfishness of humans that I am sure someone will sell out their ideology for ratings and fame if this has factual basis.
And, because I don’t believe that big conspiracies can hold together forever, the truth will come out when someone breaks, gets drunk and spills it, or confesses on a deathbed. Might be too late, tis true.

From what I have read, the long form is not released by the state. The O camp released what is normally sufficient to prove birth, even for passports, etc.
I think you're probably right, which would mean that political correctness has given us a foreign radical as a president.

I can't buy that by face value, (like you are questioning our views) BEFORE he has cleared the hurdle of ALL his records becomes public to show his true eligibility to be MY "president", lower case. My Constitution comes before my "president", and party affiliation!!!
A. I don’t have time to research your comments on this thread and verify that you said the dread words “tinfoil”. If you didn’t, I apologize.
B. There would be no need to hide a Kenyan birth (or whatever else he’s hiding) for 47 years. Much of that time no one else would have cared; and since all his records are now sealed and scrubbed and all non-Kenyan relatives deceased, he is obviously hiding a lot of shit and no one is the wiser other than whoever HE allows to know. And considering the thugville that is Chicago, and the liberal hellholes that the universities he went to are, it’s no surprise that there have been no whistle blowers on him (yet).

That is exactly how I felt when I found this place in 2000.
It now feels like a comfortable old shoe. One I never want to lose.
Let's assume that this computer printed certification was printed from true data and that the data has not been tampered with. Then WHY is obama fighting so hard to prevent the release of the long form? Apparently there is more to the story. Therefore, NOT end of story.
I wonder if Keyes is a bit angry at his terrible loss in the Senate race. He really was put in a an awful position to fill in at the last moment. That would cause some bitterness. He is human, after all, and subject to the same failings as all of us.
It may have been understood as imperative at the time by either the Mom or Grandparents so as to making him a CITIZEN.
Additionally, we have concerns about his secretiveness regarding all aspects of his past, including his Columbia records, writings, client lists, etc. All things he’s demanding from the people desiring a job in his administration. Why not ask Obama to respond to his own application prior to taking the highest office in the land?
There is no logical reason for him to lack a willingness to be transparent with the American people regarding his own past life and simultaneously to expect so much from those who plan to work for him; except the arrogance of one who believes himself entitled to a position by virtue of his own superiority over everyone else—or, in other words, the ideal markings of a tyrannical, despotic, fascist dictator for whom laws have no application.
He is going to be inaugurated on January 20, and that makes him my president. I will follow this situation, of course, to see if things take a different path. But I won’t let bitterness and disappointment take over. I did that the week after the election! *grin*
But why would it have been so critical in 1961 to make him a NATURAL BORN citizen? With an American mother, it wouldn’t have been very hard to have him naturalized. Natural born only takes on significance with his presidential nomination.
I actually know some normal people who went to Columbia and Harvard. Not everyone there would subvert their soul to Obama if they knew something.
The universities are liberal, to be sure, but I don’t know if they really warrent h***hole! *grin*
