The California secretary of state should refuse to allow the state's 55 Electoral College votes to be cast in the 2008 presidential election until President-elect Barack Obama verifies his eligibility to hold the office, alleges a California court petition filed on behalf of former presidential candidate Alan Keyes and others.
The legal action today is just the latest is a series of challenges, some of which have gone as high as the U.S. Supreme Court, over the issue of Obama's status as a "natural-born citizen," a requirement set by the U.S. Constitution.
WND senior reporter Jerome Corsi even traveled to Kenya and Hawaii prior to the election to investigate issues surrounding Obama's birth. But his research and discoveries only raised more questions.
The biggest question is why Obama, if a Hawaii birth certificate exists, simply hasn't ordered it made available to settle the rumors.

Unless some of the electors vote for Biden for President, he would not be under consideration. If all this comes to a head, and BO is found to be ineligible *before* the electors meet to cast their ballots, most "Obama" electors could vote for someone else rather than Biden. (provided there is some escape clause in most or all of the anti-unfaithful elector laws that around 24 states have, that could be utilized to not vote for an ineligible candidate.)If it happens after they cast their votes, and no electors vote for Biden for President, "just in case", then he could not be selected by the House when no eligible candidate gets a majority of the electoral votes. OTOH, one or a few electors, from states which do not restrict how the electors vote, could cast votes for say, Hillary, "just in case", and the House could then select her from the group of "top three electoral vote getters", even if she only got one vote. Biden would still be VP though.

According to the family, Obama's father travelled to America to study at the University of Hawaii in 1959. While there, he worked for an oil company and married his second wife, a white woman, named Anna Toot, and their union produced Barack Obama Jr.
Obama's book says Obama Snr left his family in Hawaii after winning a scholarship to study in Harvard when his son was two years old.
The marriage later broke up after Anna's father opposed it, according to Mama Sarah.
"Anna's father was furious about the marriage and threatened to have Obama Snr expelled from the university. Our son sent us letters, pleading that we intervene to save the marriage," remembers Sarah.
That's possible I suppose, but it sounds more like the kind of Romeo and Juliet story that the Kenyan family wanted to be true.

The witnesses that would have remembered the young pregant white girl refused at the Nairobi terminal were likely not the missionaries that were murdered last year in Nairobi.
I have researched the articles related to their deaths and it is doubtful that they would have been the witnesses, unless this issue was already being actively pursued quietly by others at that time. Anyway, their killers were shot by the police and the investigation into the car-jacking murder seems to have ended rather quickly
My interest is solely out of curiosity and I’m hopeful that if there were several individuals that witnessed the distraught pregnant woman grounded from a return stateside Nairobi BOAC flight, that they would still be available.
If anyone here has connections to African 1960’s travelers (Safari tourists, Businessmen, Missionaries, or Big-game Hunters), I would hope that they would contact their own attorney and file a affidavit of their testimony of any recollections regarding this issue.
Missionaries and African hunters have a tendency to be very well networked and keep in contact throughout the years, there may be some that are unfamiliar with this issue regarding Obama that need to search their memories and their travel logs for July and August 1961.

What we need to focus our attention on right now is something that is actually attainable, like holding Obama accountable for bringing the troops home now, tax cuts to 95% of Americans,closing Gitmo, nationalized health care, and whatever the hell else he promised during his campaign!
No, I don't agree with anything he wants to do, but that is not the point!!! We need to expose Obama for the Socialist politician that he is! The sooner his supporters realize this, the greater chance our country has!
If too much time goes by in an Obama administration, our country may not be able to recover!!!
