Martin believes the vault (typewritten original) COLB is being suppressed most likely because (as) father’s name is blank. The present computer generated one that was on the Obama website and Kos website and (perhaps another-with folds as opposed to potentially different earlier version) was examined by Annenerg/Factcheck has Barack Obama Sr. as father. Martin apparently holds mother at least did so in deference to true father, Frank Marshall Davis. There are nude photos of her which only support that the perverted Davis was in the Ann Dunham sphere: see for “acceptable” version- I’m not looking any further http://www.rightpundits.com/?p=2266 it is her, especially given relation to Davis . (the page here is JUST two photos from rear cut above shoulder blades). A later Ann Dunham acquaintance in Seattle (who became a Seattle city councilor from Mercer Island) said Dunham was a personality “in full tilt” (this from another blog).

I haven’t fully studied texasdarlin position(s), but have seen she has speculated on effect of Indonesian citizenship and re-entry to US meant for illegal re-write / entries in the vault COLB that have caused its suppression.

It should be stated many (with Berg-at least as of this writing) maintain a Kenyan birth. Some are looking for the mark in one checkoff of a box on the vault COLB which would denote non-US birth as there was a very unusual law in Hawaii that allowed a foreign born child to be listed as Hawaiian born within one year of birth. This ridiculous situation was finally rescinded in 1972 and many fear its existence as a loophole for precisely what they maintain has transpired: a non-natural born (naturalized) person has slipped into qualification for the US Presidency.

I’m avoiding Phil Berg’s http://www.obamacrimes.com for the present. His actions seem correct enough and cover many bases, but he has gone too far down the Kenyan-birth error and has effectively blown it with the “Michelle tape(s)/API” matter. I’ve avoided Jerome Corsi lately since he too seems too focused on the Kenyan birth scenario.

I type this conclusion in as it was not stated in the trunews radio interview:

Crime or crimes has / have been committed by person/persons inside the registry, being done within the very last few years (dated July 6, 2007-on reverse side with seal ).

To return to the trunews interview:
-Biological Father to the present presidential candidate is Communist Pornographer Drug dealing ( with young candidate present as youngster! See recent WorldNetDaily) Rascist Frank Marshall Davis – the “Frank” of “Dreams of My Father”- acknowledged mentor. (per Martin website he held news conference in Honolulu Oct 22 and stated so and ran the story). Martin states this with 100% certainty and says there are others who have followed his research, some with websites with photo comparisons, who report virtually all respondents concur. Martin thinks the candidate figured out who his real father was sometime in his mid 20’s. Obama Sr. Feb 21 1961 (date so listed being a couple months into pregnancy) marriage to Dunham a cover (Martin calls him a “pigeon for Frank Marshall Davis” in interview).

-Martin says Kenyan “grandmother” Sarah Onyango Obama (“Granny Sarah” as so referred in “Dreams of My Father”) who’d ostensibly be paternal step-grandmother (if there was a real paternity) is mother of Obama Sr’s third wife. Stanley Anne Dunham was second wife. Martin thus calls her claim of attendance at the candidate’s birth in Kenya “a bit of a stretch” (I’ll say!). Martin adds the Kenyan elderly woman is not now mentally well, having said (since the rise-as Martin thinks reported by NYT) that she is a devout Christian at one time and a devout Muslim another (at least she’s exhibiting something of what the candidate does in). Martin ventures that there is no reason to believe as well that Obama Sr. spent then sum of $10K-12K present day cost to make Spring 1961 flights from Hawaii to Kenya to return to Hawaii and then back to Seattle (apparently Dunham alone) for Sept 26 (late) entry to U of Washington- within few months-all surrounding child’s birth- as, at least, this kind of money wasn’t possessed in the circles… that there was no Kenyan trip by Obama Sr./ Dunham 1st half 1961, that poor old Granny Sarah has sent everyone on a wild goose chase and the candidate has sat back since waiting for the “right wing conspiracy” to implode.

-There is no court documentation in Hawaii of the candidate having been adopted by Lolo Soetoro which Martin maintains should exist for real US civilly accepted adoption. He is obviously saying this would have to be the case for the Indonesian adoption to be completely valid (at least in the eyes of civil authority in US) though Martin mentions that Michelle Obama reportedly has said herself erred (“didn’t realize” full ramifications) in saying the candidate was adopted by Soetoro. Martin isn’t sure whether or not there was an Indonesia-accepted adoption. As to the candidate losing US citizenship due to adoption by Soetoro in Indonesia Martin hasn’t dug into this saying “probably no” – but again he hasn’t researched this (see below-see especially TexasDarlin).

-Martin basically got the story right there mid October 08 from old Davis compatriots in Honolulu who are upset their old buddy isn’t being known as true father (while the media hordes were combing Alaska!).

-Coincident while Martin was in Honolulu the ( Honolulu residing) sister to the candidate came to the grandmother’s house (Madelyn Dunham RIP Nov 2 was a Republican) to stay with her. The candidate’s recent trip to visit ailing grandmother, who Martin says whimsically (in Oct 31 interview) experienced a miraculous recovery the day Obama arrived, can be speculated to have been made to head off Martin’s effort. Michelle Obama, at the time, said mother was doing “fine”. Others (Kidd) have speculated Obama did not visit grandmother until Sat Oct 25 because he spent Fri Oct 24 manipulating Philadelphia Federal court case against Berg ( explanation of absurd decision – see Schreiber’s Americasright, see also newswithviews). The actual Oct 24 fax to Berg of the decision has notation to show re-faxing by U.S. District Judge R. Barclay Surrick (see Kidd). With the passage of the paternal grandmother immediately before the election, there can also be speculation she had an chemically induced death, given her cancer. One can speculate as to timing. Martin will be taking some raps for releasing suspicion that the whole Obama trip to Hawaii was a “beard” (cover) to attend to the COLB matter, but who cares. One can clearly hear Martin’s basic human respect for both Granny Sarah and Madelyn Dunham.

Martin speculates this will come out and the president-elect’s spokesman will issue a simple statement quiet-like, as during the Christmas holiday. I’d add this of course would be unless upcoming court actions lead to something really big in the eyes of the Lamestream Media, or who knows, some judge.

(Tapper here expresses everyone’s surprise at this point as to why the candidate hadn’t mentioned the Pakistan trip as there had been certain discussion during primary debates on it)

The Oct 31 interviewer should have then asked how BHO could have traveled to Pakistan in 1981 under US passport when such was (as has been stated and verified by many) VERY SEVERELY RESTRICTED, when this could have been done easily enough via Indonesian passport. IT CAN THUS STILL BE CONJECTED THE PRESENT CANDIDATE IS NOT A CITIZEN AS HE DIDN’T REPATRIATE UNDER THEN REIGNING LAW between his 18th and 21st year (per Berg, again especially TexasDarlin), that the candidate by his US re-entry had already been assisted by Davis (per Martin speculation) or others working under-the-table to procure US based documentations with or without name change (texasdarlin speculates a name change to the president-elect) sufficient for entering US colleges and later US passport without remanding his Indonesian passport. To try to sum up: Indonesian passport used in the 1981 Pakistan trip was used illegally. COLB, 2007 fascmile and suppressed college records should (will) show contradictions in claims of residence/ citizenship/ nationality.

It should be emphasized Martin has not pursued this end. Again go to TexasDarlin. Others (apparently lawyers, and as WorldNetDaily has stated as experts in the field) have said its not a ‘game-changer”, though they may be looking at surface facts of a blithe ill-advised individual or persecuted re-émigré (as one presumes such “experts” are usually dealing with ) without nefarious intent and consistent abuse of identity fraud- especially in holding passport(s). From what I understand, if the violations are taken as “light”, its the kind of thing that an Act of Congress could change ( has in many cases of unusual circumstances) for the president-elect, accomplished before Jan 21. Given a strong Democratic Party impetus and with failure to make immediately above “stick”, what’s-his-name could become president after palpable version of this comes out. Then there is the electoral college. Dec 15. I tend to think once electoral college sets Obama, Congress (and from what read the newly-elected Congress) would have to act.

I and those who agree with Berg & texasdarlin (especially) maintain the above Indonesian adoption / Pakistan trip matters constitute great bearing, and late AtlasShrugs-mounted effort on Illinois standing. Be sure Martin is working heavily into mid November. Martin seems a very good man for what’s coming and he takes things in as he should. Martin has explained satisfactorily on his blog false charges of anti-semitism from 25 years ago that the NY Times and Obama operative Robert Gibbs ( to be press secy?) recently re- upped.

If (what I call) the failure-to-repatriate prompts exposure of what some speculate above to be true, Congress could very conceivably reject Obama and install Biden. If Sen Clinton’s stupendous abuse in caucuses and the DNC’s Dean’s ( and FEC’s) blind eye to it be exposed/considered, and/or Biden be tied to suppression of Obama qualification matters, Sen. Clinton could be installed. Of course any Obama disqualification would result in inner-city riots, at least. It could cause economic market panic and God only knows what. The candidate and the DNC/Dean only have themselves to blame for the enormous confusion and speculations…ramifications and repercussions.

Interesting, but why would BHO, Sr. file a citizenship application for Barry? BHO, Sr. didn’t return to Kenya until 1965, and by that time Ann Dunham had filed for divorce (it might even have been finalized by ‘65), and was in a relationship with Lolo Soetoro, who she supposedly married when Obama was six (give or take a year, as usual in the O timeline).
No one yet has come up with an actual Kenyan record of citizenship, in spite of rumors of stories by African relatives, etc., so why is the Obama campaign going to the trouble of confirming the idea that Barry was a Kenya citizen once?
Axelrod and company are down and dirty, inside-out schemers. Could they be anticipating that someone might suggest that Barack Obama, Sr. is not Barry’s father? It sounds weird, but so is this FactCheck nonsense. The campaign has a history of planting stuff with the media, and then when there’s a “smear!!!”, they use the planted info as “proof!!!” that the smear is a lie. Is that what’s happening here?

I guess Obama made that "57 states" gaffe not because he was masturbating before pictures of the late Senator John Heinz but because, as I heard Chris Matthews say today, "Africa is a country with 57 countries." So obviously, Obama was confusing his homeland Africa with America. Last week referring to the statement and this situation my 14 year old made the same link. "Doesn't Africa have 50 something countries in it?" It's good to homeschool and realize my son knows more than I do about some things.

AFAIK, all presidential candidates up to last year— party nominees, anyway— had been born in the US, indeed in the 48 states, and it was never a matter of question.

Even the first few Presidents— alive at the founding— were all born on the continent, even if their birthplaces were at the time British Colonies.

That’s me. I didn’t bring this suit for publicity. I brought it as a concerned citizen with faith in the courts.
But the courts let me down and let America down. The case has been hit with all kinds of unorthodox treatment, and my use of the word unorthodox shows restraint. I need to get the story out.

I am a retired attorney and I have a very strong case here. I was admitted to practice law back in 91 and I’ve never seen anything like this. I felt like I was caught in a bad movie and I need people’s help to spread the word about this case.

If word doesn’t get out, it’s possible the case may not be forwarded to the rest of the US Supreme Court. Justice Suoter is NOT the person I wanted this case to go to, but he had right of first review under the rules. And the rules were not followed by the SCOTUS Clerk’s office who tried to convince me to drop the case. Suoter was supposed to read this on Monday, but the Stay Clerk didn’t give it to him until Thursday. Totally unethical.

Please, familiarize yourselves with the case and documents. Read my brief before the US Supreme Court.

The Constitution says nothing about dual citizenship and US law does not give a damn what some other country says you or I are to them.

The reason the courts aren't giving any of these cases the time of day is because there is no case. His mother was American, ergo he is American. He has lived in the country 14 years. He is 35+y.o. He is eligible. No amount of CAPITAL LETTERS is going to change the fact that we lost, and in a few weeks Obama will be the POTUS.

BTW, Obama is also not an Arab, and he personally has never publicly claimed to be a muslim (yes I know muslims think he is one because his father was). So, the more nutter you act both here on FR and in R/L the more you can expect RINOs to run the party and socialists to run the country.

The more people we can keep out of straight jackets the greater chance we have of taking our country back.
