US President-elect Barack Obama has not given a commitment to go ahead with plans to build part of a US missile defence system in Poland, an aide says.

I wondered what he would do about that.

Here's my question, though...why should a country already deeply in debt (US) spend millions (if not billions) of dollars to protect Europe, when they obviously don't wish to be protected? I don't understand it.

Because there are still a couple of countries over there that remember what life was like behind the Iron Curtain and they don’t want to return...especially with Vlad saber rattling about “The Good Old Days”.

Same here. Lost all interest in news programs since the Marxist was elected. I’m still stunned that this guy conned so many people. Of course, the media helped him to do it, which is why I can’t stand to watch any of the news programs anymore. Our country will never be the same again.

Thanks so much for the info. But I’ve decided to stop taping Sunday morning talk shows. In addition, no more CNN, Realclearpolitics, Rasmussen, etc. Even Fox News is out! I’ve basically had it with the media. Now, I stop in here for my news briefs, also Drudge & Breibart.tv.

I think the MSM shammed the entire nation. Hopefully, (at least 57 million people) would agree to sending them a message by tuning them out.

After he’s in office-—if he makes it to the office-—what about impeachment grounds? Which scenarios could present themselves to make impeachment proceedings possible? (Wow, do I sound desperate or what?)
