Liddy Dole is an idiot. She forgot that the airlines fly from Washington to both Raleigh-Durhama and Charlotte. She also forgot that you can get to North Carolina by driving south on I-95. In fact, she forgot that North Carolina exists. All of her Washington friends had never heard of it.

McCain wins Alabama and Arkansas!!! Collins holds Senate seat in Maine. Dole ran a crappy campaign. She deserved to lose
She really screwed up when she was head of the NRSC. She spent too much time and money attacking Laffey (primary opponent of Chaffee in RI)instead of putting the effort into races we could have won, like Missouri
They get in a few early precincts from urban areas, it doesn’t mean anything. McCain will win Texas by a large maargin.
