Vice presidential Candidate Wiley S. Drake Sr. to file in court asking to de-certify Barack Obama because he has refused to release proof of being a Natural Born Citizen, thereby disqualifying Obama in his bid for the Office of President.
The recent Lawsuit in Washington State demanding their Secretary of State to vet the citizenship credentials of Barack Obama has spawned a slew of similar suits with new lawsuits filed and/or prepared in WA, FL, NC, CO, CA, OH, FL, CT, GA, TX, MI. Related lawsuits HI, US District.
As part of this effort, this group of citizens from states across the union made an outreach to the whole presidential slate asking each candidate for president and vice president to offer up a certified copy of their birth certificates and any related candidate declarations to be placed in a library made available to the public via a non-partisan web site.
At least one VP candidate Wiley S. Drake Sr. went the next step and agreed to file a lawsuit of his own to demand the disqualification of Barack Obama unless he can prove status as a ”Natural Born Citizen” as the constitution and federal statues demand and define.
In another unrelated action, though also aimed at forcing Obama to release proof or step down, 24 potential Electoral College electors are filing action Monday morning in court also demanding proof. A call is herein being issued to any elector in any state, especially democrat electors who would like to join that effort. Electors interested in adding their name to this lawsuit can contact Mr. Marquis who will put you in contact with the attorney handling that case.

Long after the battlefields had shifted from the streets to the hallowed halls of many a Southern alma mater (High school for many in the late '60s and early '70s was a long way from 'American Grafitti'--more like 'Beyond Thunderdome'), the locals were still burning busses in Boston (1974) so their children did not have to be bussed to schools across town for reasons of 'racial balancing'.

What's more, the riots of the '60s were studied, and the amount of force needed to break them up and shut them down studied as well.
Add to that, a unit of the US military based in the US for the purpose of handling domestic insurrection among other things, and I'd say the ruling could yet happen if 'The One' does not manage to lose the election.

The main victims would be the unprepared, the Marxists, their supporters, the looters, and the useful idiots.

Ordinarily you would be correct. Its a little known fact that the ObamaNAzi has personally selected ALL his Democrat electors, not the state party aparatus as is the usual case. This has been planned.
His personally hand picked state electors will vote for him irregardless of whether he is "natuiral born" in the USA as required by the US Constitution. What that means is that the Supreme Court may have to decide the issue.
Obama is a freak. He plans to change the constitution itself by saying state law ( Hawaii) determines whether one is natural born by accepting foreign born applicants for birth certificates issued in Hawaii.
Soon people in general will be saying that a few ounces of lead will be the best solution, which is why he asked for SS protection as soon as he started his run, a request made in advance of ALL candidates in the race during the primaries.
Obama is an abomination to the personal freedom of Americans, and he means to stick it to America. He hates America and assumes that we are simplistic idiots to be manipulated at his will.
The Electoral College is not a real institution and never meets. States appoint electors who vote. Those Electors vote in their states (that is the Electoral College). These votes are sealed and transmitted to Dick Cheney who opens and has them counted before Congress.
From what I understand this is the only place where qualifications come into the picture. This occurs Jan. 3.

The joint session of Congress wherein eligibility may be challenged occurs on Jan 6.

McCain never played a Bridge match without a full deck. I wonder how many decks he had access to. Maybe that is a good question that should have been asked of him on the campaign trail.
What people don’t get is that the judge said Berg doesnn’t have standing — no perceived harm to Berg. There was no actual vindication of Obama. This man has more standing because he’s a candidate — perhaps an unknown, but technically, he is in a greater position to open this can of worms.
I am curious if Wiley S. Drake Sr. could split the ticket on the left. If so, then the conservatives blew a big chance by nagging people to shut up about it. If he’s a conservative, perhaps the impact would have been less, but it certainly wouldn’t have harmed McCain.

Thanks for clarifying. I too live in the country and people back here won’t put up with Obama.
The good news is that it appears that some deep pockets are involved--so far, I don't see any signs of the kind of legal horsepower it takes to get this to court.
On the other hand, the kind of lawyers who would be effective in this kind of litigation would not normally make a stop with the press on the way to the courthouse. So we will see.
