An intended rape victim shot and killed her attacker this morning in Cape Girardeau when he broke into her home to rape her a second time, police said.

In the obama reich this ending could have happen. All the victim would have had to do was to assemble the shotgun (the only type firearm anyone will be allowed to have), take off the trigger lock, go upstairs and get the shell out of the safe and fire. No problem.

No power does not disable the phone lines.Maybe she had wireless phones, and the base station went down with the power? Or maybe he unplugged or cut the phone line too? Many newer phone service drops can be unplugged *outside* the house.

A good reason to have a cell phone. Even your Internet connection, be it DSL or cable, can be just about as easily disconnected.

Of a 12 gauge beats 911, at beats it to the punch. Then whoever responds to the 911 call can clean up the mess on your porch or in your entry.
