The U.S. Supreme Court is being asked to help the nation avoid a constitutional crisis by halting Tuesday's election until Democratic presidential nominee Barack Obama documents his eligibility to run for the top office in the nation.
Democratic attorney Philip Berg had filed a lawsuit alleging Obama is ineligible to be president because of possible birth in Kenya, but as WND reported, a federal judge dismissed the complaint claiming Berg lacks standing to bring the action.
Philip J. Berg The 34-page memorandum that accompanied the court order from Judge R. Barclay Surrick concluded ordinary citizens can't sue to ensure that a presidential candidate actually meets the constitutional requirements of the office.
Instead, Surrick said Congress could determine "that citizens, voters, or party members should police the Constitution's eligibility requirements for the Presidency," but that it would take new laws to grant individual citizens that ability.
"Until that time," Surrick says, "voters do not have standing to bring the sort of challenge that Plaintiff attempts to bring."

If you look on the Internet, Phil Berg has also sued George W. Bush for conspiracy of 9-11. That lawsuit didn’t go anywhere so he filed another one. He made a youtube video about it. I love my country too much to even think that would be true.
What’s Berg’s angle on suing Bush and Obama? Anyone have a theory? I’m stumped! I can work a crossword puzzle better than to figure this one out.
I don’t think the election on November 4 can be stopped at this point. It’s like a runaway train and I bet the Obama supporter’s would sprout horns or something worse. I’m just guessing here.
My considered opinion is that once the Supreme Court justices stop laughing at the sheer idiocy of this suggestion, they’ll say “No”.
Only if it violates the Constitution. And it doesn't.

Whether you disagree or not isn’t the point. This is an internet-driven issue. They aren’t asking because of major talk radio shows.
Conclusion: the internet can drive CERTIFIGATE too, despite Obama trolls, and despite the naysayers who buy the trolls’ spin.
I wouldn’t put anything past the Supreme Court these days. It’s a long shot to be sure. But the fact that it is even conceivable is news. Dog catchers get vetted better than Obama did.
But it isn't conceivable, except in the mind of the person who wrote this article.

This is either totally BS or Berg is totally incompetent. There is absolutely no way that the SCOTUS is going to hear an appeal or consider a stay. Why? Because with rare exceptions (and this is not one of them), no direct appeal lies from the Federal District Court to the Supreme Court. Berg must first take an appeal to the United States Court of Appeals for the 3rd Circuit. I wouldn't be surprised if the court sanctions him for frivilous conduct.
This is stupid. We all need to just go vote and get rid of Obama at the polls. Afterward, we can continue to investigate his birth certificate. We are very close to winning this and third-party conspiracy nonsense will not work in our favor.
