The U.S. Supreme Court is being asked to help the nation avoid a constitutional crisis by halting Tuesday's election until Democratic presidential nominee Barack Obama documents his eligibility to run for the top office in the nation.

This is either totally BS or Berg is totally incompetent. There is absolutely no way that the SCOTUS is going to hear an appeal or consider a stay. Why? Because with rare exceptions (and this is not one of them), no direct appeal lies from the Federal District Court to the Supreme Court. Berg must first take an appeal to the United States Court of Appeals for the 3rd Circuit. I wouldn't be surprised if the court sanctions him for frivilous conduct.

Outside of a few political websites, Berg's case has gotten zero media coverage. Even in being turned down, he gets one last shot at raising the question in some minds before Election Day. Sure glad he's been identified as a Hillary supporter rather than one of ours.

Getting it heard by the Supremes may not be his goal.

Publicity likely is. Hopefully it will get **LOTS** of publicity!

A **normal** and rational person would have honored the first court's demand and presented a birth certificate. Obama is not behaving in a normal manner. He is behaving suspiciously. The American people deserve to know about that.
