Skinheads planned to kill Obama and 102 others in Tennessee.
Federal agents have disrupted a plot to assassinate Barack Obama and shoot or decapitate dozens of black students in Tennessee, the ATF said Monday.
In court records unsealed Monday, federal agents said they disrupted plans to rob a gun store and target a predominantly African-American high school by two neo-Nazi skinheads. Agents said the skinheads did not identify the school by name.
A source in the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives told FOX News that the two skinheads, who were picked up in Crockett County, Tenn., were plotting to shoot 88 black students and decapitate 14 others described as non-whites. The source said officials believe the suspects were planning to attempt an assassination against Obama.
The numbers 88 and 14 are symbolic in the white supremacist community.
But officials could not describe how advanced or credible the plot was, nor could they say if they had contacted the Obama campaign.
Jim Cavanaugh, special agent in charge of the Nashville field office for the ATF, said the suspects also sought to go on a national killing spree, with Obama as its final target.

No kidding. Nowadays heads of state and other high-ranking officials are taken out by professionals. The Soviets raised it to an art form. Oh, they may use a fall guy or a patsy to throw off a trail, but the actual hit is done by pros. These fools that were arrested are just jamokes who were probably sitting around one of their mother’s basements sniffing glue and talking smack.

How come this is getting way more press than the actual assasination attempt on President Bush when a grenade was thrown at him while on stage. I didnt hear much about that then, but this certainly is getting way more press.

Actually, this may help us more then hurt us. This might get people thinking that it would be far worse to elect someone that is such a target, so better to elect McCain, then to have the country have its first Black President, then suddenly being targeted for assignation.
In either case, we must all hope for both candidates safety.

weird how that comes out at the most opportune time. if at all true, hope they throw the book at them and punish them severely. the last thing we need is a martyr of any kind.
